Thank you for still doing take out orders! So many mcds will not and using the app is very problematic for us truckers since we're hardly ever near the same location for lunch everyday!

Despite the A.I order having our order displayed right, they got our drinks wrong and shorted us food, didn't give us a receipt, when I went in to get the rest of the food and got back to the car I realized despite having payed for the deluxe versions of our sandwiches they didn't give us that either.Out of the 6 items we ordered they only managed to make 2 things right ( French fries) and stole about $15 worth of value from me. Trash location, absolutely never getting ripped of here again, I'd advise you do the same.
They literally just gave me a room temperature coffee that was supposed to be hot and thry knew it

They let a homeless man sleep laying down at a bench table. Management did nothing, I understand the that it was cold and he had nowhere to go but McDonald’s should have a game plan for these situations . Maybe be able to call for assistance for the man.Definitely change the atmosphere of the place ?
