Man listen… This Chick-fil-A at 135th & 69 Hwy (Store #01975) need its own holiday. I walked in here far from home — Kentucky boy in Kansas — and somehow THIS the place that make me feel the most loved 😭❤️
I smoked before I came in, ain’t gon’ lie 😅🌿 but soon as I stepped through the door they hit me with that ‘my pleasure’ like a hug from heaven 😇🍗 I almost repented on the spot.
I just had a Cobb Salad so good I forgot the dressing existed 🥗🔥 Like… who eats salad with NO dressing and still smiling?? Me. DayDay. At THIS Chick-fil-A.
And don’t get me started on the Berry Parfait 😮💨🍓 That thing tasted like an angel hand-crafted it in the back while humming gospel.
I even downloaded the Chick-fil-A app — and I do NOT download just ANY apps 😭📲 Did the survey, got a free sandwich, did ANOTHER survey for the sweepstakes because yeah… it’s that serious.
These folks here? They make you feel valued. They make you feel SEEN. They make me feel like family every time I walk in — even if I come in smelling like greens 🌿😂 Not salad greens… the OTHER greens.
Quickly becoming one of the worst locations around. Orders are always wrong, incomplete, missing things, etc. They take forever, too. Even if they aren't busy.
SO SLOW (if you place an online order - be sure you have them start it at least 10-15 minutes ahead of your arrival), just terrible. Gone so far down hill from what it once was. Will not be back. Can't deal with it anymore. Just awful.

Our 1st experience with Chick-fil-A and it was a positive one. We each tried something different and shared, chicken nuggets, #1 Chicken deluxe & #2 Spicy Chicken. All chicken was tender and moist, and all flavors were good. Waffle fries were good and had a little salt. Tried the Polynesian sauce, and it was similar to a sweet & sour sauce. The frosted coffee was also a nice treat. Service was extremely polite and courtesy!!! Staff delivery food to the table in a very timely and prompt manner! Their trash cans are cool..not just a trash can..but also compactor!!! I don't know if it was because it was Valentine's weekend but the have fresh mini carnations in every table!! The establishment was clean and orderly. Will certainly go back!!!

I have been here a few times because the food and service are great. This is a very busy restaurant but the service level is like we were the only people there. Both lanes of the drive through were full but the cars were moving quickly. We went inside because we planned to do that in advance. There were several people ahead of us but the short line moved quickly. We had our orders placed within two minutes. Our food was promptly delivered to our table with a smile and energetic polite attitude. I think this restaurant opened about ten years ago but it looks new. They do an outstanding job maintaining this facility. The tables, chairs, floor, walls, and even the ceiling tiles all look like new. There wasn't even a fingerprint on the the windows. The food was hot and delicious. If you haven't been here lately, check it out. We love this place!
