Do not maintain courts well. Unsafe sandy conditions
We went for ice skating. Ice is not maintained well. We got there around noon and the ice was real rough and torn up. We skated for a bout an hour and then left to get a bit to eat. Came back around 4 and the ice was the same. The Zamboni did come out around 5 but they didn’t do a good job so then there were slick spots and rough spots which was almost worse. Probable will not go back.

We only picked up the packets for the turkey Trot.
The outdoor staff has been completely rude and snobbish. I won't be coming back. 12/22 4-5pm

Closed kitchen an hour and 15 minutes before close.
Came here for my daughter birthday. Large party of 20 so I called a couple days ahead and some to the GM, Andrew. He said they would do their best to accommodate and they certainly did. Came in early the day of to make sure they had tables available and the manager Christina had our tables in a room already ready! And the server was great! Highly recommend!
Came here for the igloo experience, everything was amazing at first ..the food was good ..the atmosphere..our server was great. We ordered the Brookie and the triple chocolate chip cookie and that’s where everything turned left. Both desserts were extremely hard and the cookie was hollow on the inside. We let the server know and she told us they of course were not suppose to be like that. So we wait on them to make more and she comes back and says the kitchen said the cookie was a bad batch and they would have to make more fresh and the brookie they brought back out another and it was still hard and they said if we let the ice cream sit on it it would make it soften like what?!! This place was insulting our intelligence like we have never had a Brookie before to know it’s suppose to be soft without icecream🙄. Very disappointing ending when it started out so amazing. Anyway I would go back to a chicken and pickle but a different location.

I stopped in for a burger and a beer and wasn't disappointed. The food is pretty good but it is a little pricey. I would recommend checking it out if you never have. I'm not a fan of pickleball personally but if you are, this is probably your place.

It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone at the 135th location. Called multiple times and also left a message however nobody called back.

Our whole soccer team was there for an outing and had a blast. Played some ball, ate, drank on a Chiefs game day. Good times!

Decent food (better than your average bar food) and drinks (a bit pricey for basics). The NKC hot chicken sandwich, rotisserie chicken, and salads are excellent. The concept (and execution of it) are what make CNP (and this particular location) exceptional. While the main indoor dining space only accommodates 86 patrons, they have a 21+ second-floor patio, tons of outdoor dining space, a large number and variety of outdoor “yard” games (shuffleboard, bocce, corn hole, giant Jenga/Connect4/Battleship, etc), and of course pickleball. There are three types of pickleball courts: indoor/conditioned, outdoor/covered, and outdoor/uncovered. The indoor courts have their own tables and wait staff, which I highly encourage you to use, especially if you plan to finish and have a meal during a busier time (weekend). That’s because (a) the line to order gets really long at peak times, (b) they don’t take orders at the tables (except in the indoor court space), and (c) they don’t offer online ordering. The lack of a mobile ordering system is my only critique of the place. Fortunately, as long as you aren’t famished, it’s a total joy just sitting and/or playing outside or inside. P.S. The OP location has nice indoor games—like ping pong, table shuffleboard, and foosball—as well as big TVs and a projector screen for watching sports. The NKC location (original CNP) is smaller and lacks the indoor games.
