Waited forever for our appetizer of chips and queso with salsa. When it finally arrived out food was delivered right behind it. Music was to loud people having to talk loud sitting right across from each other. Went to restroom and music so loud in there you couldn’t stand it. I don’t blame our waitress she was nice but why would you bring an appetizer (that should have been delivered way before it was) out to someone’s table then immediately bring their main food. If I’d known it was gonna be like that would not have or appetizers at all.

I ordered fajitas, which comes with rice, beans etc. My rice was cold and the flour tortillas were hard. The chicken and shrimp were the only real thing edible. Service was great, our waiter was on point.

My father and I ordered burgers for dinner and asked for no mayo. The food came with mayonnaise. So the waitress took away our plates and we waited another 30mnts for the food to come back cold. It's has if the cook just set the food aside and waited the time out like he/she was preparing our correct burgers. In the meantime, the waitress came back to tell us that we had to wait longer because for some strange reason the grill got turned off 🙄 (yeah, right! I didn't believe the lie because, as she was telling us this LIE another waiter came out with someone else's order, burgers that was nice and hot)😒 and that she will bring us some more frys while we waited. You know, one never truly knows what type of people they are when you go to a restaurant when you complain about the service you receive or didn't receive (no one takes pride in themselves or the work the do). So they take it out on the ones who say their order isn't right. Are we supposed to expect any junk that come from the kitchen or a waitress??? My father and I DID NOT make a mistake when we placed our orders. Why do we have to be the ones having to except their mistakes and mistreatment?😤😡🤬 My dad said that, he doesn't like to complain because one never knows how you're getting your food back and shuttered at the thoughts of what they could be doing to our food. 😬🤢🤮 Maybe, one will read this and do something about this because poor service is a reflection on the restaurant/ company.

Ambra and her assistant were on point! Exceptional and professional service. Ambra has attentive food and safety awareness when delivering meals and drinks. This seems to be a lost cause at most places. Ask for Ambra to be your server at your next visit to Chilis.
