Order their General Tsos tofu with broccoli. It's the best Chinese dish in the kc metro area. Also they will make fresh fried rice with no egg upon request.
The staff is very friendly when placing orders over the phone and food is always fresh and delicious.

Tonight was my first time trying China Chef and it’s a whole in a wall that I highly recommend it. Everything was made fresh and not scooped off a buffet like most places. Our order was General Tso's Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Hot & Sour Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup and Shrimp Fried Rice. Everything was delicious and satisfying. If you love some heat, try their house made hot mustard, it’s properly made with horseradish and it brought a tear to my eye. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for a tasty meal.

I don't know if you get the craving for Chinese food like I do, but it really is so disappointing when the food doesn't measure up. This place made my order fresh, it was so hot, it made it all the home and was the perfect temperature on the plate. Rich flavor in the fried rice. The Crab Rangoon was good, a little sweet, but every place makes it a little differently. I also tried the vegetable spring rolls and give them a thumbs up. The price was $22.08, and I have lunch for tomorrow. It's not really a place to sit down and eat, bit it looked clean inside and the staff was friendly.

Fastest pickup and order ever. The fried rice is absolutely fantastic and has a hibachi style. The lo mein is fresh and springy and the egg drop soup flavor. My new go to for Chinese takeout :)
