Please stop eating here this is the most rude chipotle I’ve ever been in. I paid 3 dollars for a small drink and they didn’t fill it all the way. When I asked for a refill they denied me and said sucks to suck. I then asked for the manager and the person I was talking to was the manager

I would think twice before coming here.

Received a Burrito with very spoiled sour cream. 3 people tried it and said the same thing. The sour cream was 100% spoiled. This establishment is using old food products, as said by other reviewers here before.

On top of that, they refused a refund, and claimed I was lying.

Only way to resolve was by disputing my charge with the Credit Card company.

This is the worst chipotle ever!! They are skimming on servings so bad the bowls are half the size now! The new management is just awful. There use to be a long line to order not anymore!! I work at the mall and have so many people complain about it, when I see a commercial and it snows the bowls this location does half that size, when I asked they add more they charged me $22 bucks for a bowl!! I will go across the street to get mine going forward

The employee making my order was chewing with her mouth open and talking with food in her mouth while preparing my bowl, it was disgusting and i almost walked out.

Very bad service the employees has very bad attitude and the food looks not fresh its look warmed ..I just buy chicken burrito and it's tast horrible honestly the queso Blanco sauce taste expired....I will never buy there again...don't deserve even 1 star

Servers are courteous, food is delivered promptly and delicious and the restaurant exceptionally clean. In addition, the staff is
very patient with energetic children!

Kid-friendliness: I have three very active grandchildren and each time we have dined at chipotle, the employees have been very patient. In addition, the set up of the restaurant….utensils, drinks and tables makes it easy for managing children!

Customer service sucks. Everyone has a nasty attitude. As mall employees my coworkers and I have seen service get worse and worse over the last year. They really need to work on customer service because you can have shitty portion sizes but you can't come back from a horrible experience.

The service was horrendous. Everyone always with an attitude and serving reluctantly. As a mall employee, my coworkers and I have noticed the change this year. They need to work on their customer service because we understand that they cannot control the small portions but they can control the experience one has when they visit.

We came in around 2:20pm and I was very disappointed that they were out of the items I was looking for to have, no fajitas, no chipotle vinaigrette, I ask if they were going to make more fajitas because I was willing to wait for it, they simple said "we are out" we counted 6 employees including the one on the back of the house how can they be out of essential product that only takes 3 minutes to cook. Paid 37.67 and didn't even get what I wanted. Beyond disappointment

Ordered food and a drink but couldn’t get a refill on a drink. For the cost of the drink, which was higher than stores/restaurants around them, wouldn’t a refill be included. At other chipotles, when you buy a drink, a refill is included. Horrible!

I have been going to this location for years. Today I had arrived at 1030 per the open time posted online. They don't open till 1045. I waited for them to open the door and they didn't until 1050. I came up to the counter to order and was met with people who didn't want to be there. Very rude staff.

Shouldn’t come when they are closing. They obviously don’t care that they are serving non fresh food. Rice is hard and my corn salsa cilantro is old as hell. Disappointed. First time & last time ordering here . Only reason they get 3 stars is because they weren’t sleet on anything.

Wouldn’t recommend, portions are half filled bowls, chips are always stale and the pickup line is a joke if there is anyone else in the service line. Always understaffed and always consistently bad portions.
