Food was okay, I didn't get offered a second coke. They only got a 25 percent gratuity, I usually tip more.

Coco Bolos has been one of my favorite restaurants since my time in Manhattan back in the early 2000's. When the OP location went to the actual Coco Bolos menu it reminded me why I love this place. Now we show up and the menu has changed....... the staple Cox Boys Burrito is now on the menu as the Classic Burrito. It's a far cry from the Classic Cox Boys burrito. Even down to the quesadilla, it's not the same and the flavor lacks as much as the presentation. Why the change? Why lose your long time customers? I used to always recommend Coco's to friends because of the great food and atmosphere, now I'm doubting I will.

We were unable to make it last week but previous visits were wonderful

Boy has this place gone downhill. Waiter did not know what beers they had and even after asking couldn’t repeat. Person serving the food was eating at the serving counter. Watched her lick her fingers, not wash her hands and then serve food. If I’d seen that before being served I would have left. Won’t be going back.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a visit here that didn’t have mistakes. I get mistakes and I understand how hard the service industry is, so I do have some grace but at some point to have to say, no more. Upcharges that were undisclosed, to go tacos with with no cheese, and this last visit regular and alt meat tacos mixed so I couldn’t figure out which were which(asked for the alt meat tacos to have lettuce and tomato on them-they didn’t). The food is amazing but the service is sub par. Employees act like they don’t want to be there, rolled eyes, sighs, apathy, yet I still tipped….as I said I get some days are hard. Taco Tuesdays are sometimes honored to go, sometimes not. As good as the food is the bad service trumps my decision to most likely not return.

Cannot rate the food as we only had chips and queso... but the bartender was awesome... Super friendly and attentive. Great little indoor/outdoor bar to sit at on nice days..

I would not recommend this restaurant, requested patio seating, service terrible!!! Two waitresses walked by our table , not even acknowledging we were sitting there after about 15 minutes we walked out.
