I just want to express my disappointment in the bouquet that was delivered. Upon ordering I was under the impression the bakery was in the Kansas City area and the cookies would be delivered in person and look like what I ordered. However, after paying $130 I was informed that they were coming from St. Louis. I called and was told they would still come as a bouquet and look great. What was delivered compared to what was ordered is vastly different. The cookies slid down the stick and where smashed together. I was embarrassed by the look of it! I will not be ordering again. You really are not selling the item you are displaying on the website! Only good thing is that the cookies did taste good.

If you are wanting to have your delivery at a decent time of the day, I would plan on choosing the delivery date the day before. I ordered these a day in advance to be delivered to my son's office for his birthday. They didn't arrive until everyone in the office had gone home, so much for the fun surprise! The email confirmation said to call if the delivery window from 12-5 was not ok. I did call! The very least they could have done was to move it to be the first delivery as it's less than a mile to deliver. What a bummer, and the price was outrageous!! Never will I ever use them again! This company has REALLY gone downhill - I've been using them for MANY years starting in Dallas Texas!

I bake and make cookies and cakes for a living, I went in because my daughter wanted to try them. I got the oatmeal chocolate chip, chocolate chips cookie and a danish and they all tasted stale…like they were made several days ago. Too sweet with little flavor. It’s a no go for me.

All the cookies we bought were stale, hard, and crumbled when we tried to eat them. Also bought a pre packaged orange roll. It was stale as well. Nothing good about anything we bought.

Since it's been under new management it's way to much confusion. Get a manger who is going to stay there and make sure the woman does right. I wanted to place a big order but not with her.

I order from here for work at least every other week and they are fantastic at customizing my order and finding the perfect ribbon color! The cookies are packed so well that when I accidently dropped a box one day all the cookies survived! Radha at the counter is super sweet and always helpful.

I ordered a custom cookie cake for a special occasion. Unfortunately the design was not professional (I could have done it myself, and that’s saying something) and the icing was hard as a rock. I was very disappointed.

These were ordered to be delivered to my dear DIL for her birthday. She was extremely impressed with the delivery of the cookies. The driver texted first and then put the cookies in a shaded safe place for her so they would be waiting for her when she got home. She also said the cookies were delicious! We'll definitely be ordering again.
