The ice cream was very good...one in our party tried both caramel and chocolate. We also tried 2 types of cake...Coconut and cookies and cream. The cake was fresh and especially the coconut was very flavorful. The slices are big and they are generous with their frosting. Coffee was okay. I would not hesitate to come back if I was in the area and craved a little something sweet. I do agree with some of the other reviews...this place needs a little something to create more ambiance/make it special. Maybe good music? A little more connection from staff or invest in over the top good coffee...any one of these things could make this place great.

I have been here several times and each time, the experience was mediocre or worse. I would have given it a 2 star, but my most recent experience was not great. We came for dessert after grimaldis, and ordered a cookie skillet along with some coffee. The coffee did not taste great and the cookie skillet must have been sitting out because our ice cream had melted by the time we got them (my previous experience was not like that). When we asked for sharing plates, a staff of two took a while to get them for us and then they were dirty. We asked for new plates, and again, staff took their time to get it to us and not courteous. I will most likely not be back due to the quality for price and this past experience.

Came here for dessert and I'm happy that there's a straight up dessert/coffee place. They have a wide selection from cheesecake, to cakes, to skillet sundaes. My wife and I split a chocolate chip cookie Sunday and vanilla steamer. It was really, really good. Also, the staff didn't know what a vanilla steamer was, however did deliver a tasty finished product. It seems that a lot of reviews reflect an uninterested staff. I'd say I caught that vibe as well. But - it's basically counter service, so I was unaffected by it.

The food was good, but I came to at 6pm on a Thursday with my 2 daughters (3 &5) after a movie to get a slice of cake and coffee. The guy at the counter was really short with us. I asked where the coffee was roasted from- he said “it comes in a bag and we put it in a machine” ? Talking to me like I don’t know how coffee is made! The music was really inappropriate. Using the fword and talking about sex non stop- so then I had to answer questions. It was a disappointing experience.

Completely delicious. Smells incredible the moment you walk in the door. Decor 100% Pinterest worthy. Every single item available to purchase will make you drool looking at it. Love the menu, general environment, seating options, complimentary water, board games, free WiFi, everything. Parking is convenient with street and garage options. Will certainly go back again and would recommend to anyone. My only recommendation is that the staff might be a little more engaging in regards to the menu and trying to sell their products. They were very kind when prompted and service was fast, but this was our first visit (which I mentioned upon arrival) and they didn't explain anything. Options, prices, etc. but only responded to questions. We probably would have ordered different items (the more unique options) rather than just ice cream cones, had they taken the time to "brag" about their menu a little. Didn't even think about ordering a coffee until I saw a menu board at the end of our visit. Would have been an easy sale.

What a disappointment. The service was terrible! The restroom had no paper towels, and the staff didn't make any effort to replace it after I mentioned it. The staff was rude, and she disappeared after we got our order- and didn't come back the rest of the time we were there.
