Domino's Pizza in Overland Park

“Order pizza from here for the kids almost every Sunday. Almost always been good. They have a lot of new employees at my location. Since the new employees arrived, they stopped applying the garlic seasoning on the crust which was my boys favorite part. I hope they stop cutting corners and make the pizzas as ordered soon.“

“This location has new management and it shows. I have only ever called a company to complain about their food once in my life and it was when I got scammed here about three years ago. And yes. I was scammed. It was completely unacceptable and the food I received three hours late and cold was inedible. I had to throw it out. Did I get my money back? Nope. Just an offer for a new medium pizza from the same location. I decided to save my trash can space and refuse the offer.

We ordered Dominos through Uber eats and when I found out it was coming from this restaurant, I called to cancel the order. It was too late. The food was cooked already which is the first hint I had that there was new management. It arrived and was delicious. I had not eaten Dominos once in the three years since I got that horrific last order and can gladly say I’m back on board. Thank you to this new management and keep up the good work!“
