Domino's Pizza in Kansas City

“I was told delivery would take 35 minutes. In 20 minutes my Deluxe New York Style Pizza pie was at my door. Pizza pie was perfect! Domino's got Swope Park sewed up with mouth watering crack-a-lackin fresh dope delicious munchies! ((this review may or may not have been written by an old school white guy)“

“The pizza always has just the right amount of cheese. The crust is never soggy, and the flavor is always on point Cassie and her staff have amazing manners and attitude, especially when tough customers come in. if you want some pizza and good conversation, go talk to Cassie.“

“I don’t even know where to begin with this place. I ordered on DoorDash, got two small meat lovers pizzas, a feta cheese spinach bread and a bottle of soda. When I say this is the BEST Dominos I’ve ever had in my life, I am in no way exaggerating. Everything was delivered piping hot and super quick, even at 6pm on a Tuesday. The pizza is generously topped, the crust is the perfect width and was steaming when I opened it. Diet Coke is amazing of course but the real star of the show was the stuffed cheesy bread. I GASPED when I opened it. I regret not taking a picture, but even then it would not have done it justice. There was zero cheese mess, it was perfectly browned with the cheese evenly spread. The proper distribution of stuffing is what really sealed the deal for me. There are even amounts of cheese and spinach through the whole thing, there are no dry and underwhelming end pieces and THE CHEESE PULL WAS UNMATCHED. Making edible food is one thing, but making beautiful food that makes me excited to eat is a whole other game. The hardworking people at this store very obviously put time and expertise into the crafting of my meal and I am so incredibly grateful for it.“

“Gary is awesome and has THE BEST customer care and service! I ordered my pizza online, half pepperoni and whole mushroom with garlic Parmesan with stuffed crust; so I thought. When I arrived my pizza was coming out hot and fresh, I got his attention and asked if he could carefully cut the pizza so that there’s no meat remnants on the side with only cheese and mushroom. He said pleasantly, “sure, I got you” and proceeded back to the cutting area and resumed. He came back and said, “I’m going to try my best to cut the pizza how you’d like, however the pepperoni is throughout the pizza…” I was puzzled. Apparently I didn’t hit the correct ratio button to ensure pepperoni was on only half. I expressed to him my mistake and asked if he could remake it. With an encouraging smile, he said, “no problem, I got you. I have a few more orders to knock out and I’ll get you taken care of”, and he did just that. Gary took orders, made pizzas, and check customers out, ALL BY HIMSELF. He maintained a professional and friendly demeanor although he was doing a job for three, without one complaint. This location should be happy to have him there and he clearly needs to be bumped up to MANAGER and compensated for it! Thanks again Gary for an outstanding experience, we will return!“

“Sandwich had burnt cheese all around it. Asked for just provolone cheese and pepperoni. They put ham, banana peppers and onions. I was disappointed. Was home ready to eat and didn't want to have to go back out. We always have their pizza and been pleased but not this time.“
