Not friendly and don't usually have the donuts we want. Too concerned about their specialty drinks and sandwiches. They seem to have forgotten they are a donut shop.
Waited so long to get service and they never apologized. The two large coffees were not supposed to be iced coffee. We’re not even remotely close to what was asked. The donut selection was lacking. Highly disappointing and do not recommend. 151st street/Overland Park location
