What a wonderful store, this is the best location is of for sure! I just went to get my fix of bagels for the week and the employee who helped me was so kind! I recommend this Einstein’s to everyone!!!

I come here every morning for a bagel and a coffee drink and sometimes for lunch and every time great customer service fast service. Their energy is great and you guys should definitely try it

Insane wait time for two non-toasted bagels. Don't go if you don't have 15-20 minutes to spare.

It’s a little frustrating waiting 20 mins in the drive through line for a pickup order. Once I got to the window he asked for my name and said he will see if it’s ready, about 5 minutes later he brings me just the bagel and I said that I have a passion fruit drink as well and had to wait additional time for that. The bagel and drink was great, however the wait the nonchalant employees were not.

A girl told me about the honey almond cream cheese bagel she was eating and said I had to come here so I did. Glad I did! Turned out the girl who told me to come also works here and she served me too, she had a great personality both outside and inside of work. If you're a Canadian visiting the US, come and get your bagels here, you will not be disappointed. I wonder how many of these bagels I can bring back to Canada. Thanks for the bagel Angelee.

Employees are gr8. Good service. Denesa asanager...good leader. My 'go to' AM visit

Drive through lady extremely rude. Her name was Angelee or something similar to that. Was ordering right next to the speaker and she interrupts me in a rude way saying “I CANT HEAR YOU” I then proceed to talk a little louder and she still is saying “what” as I’m ordering. I then get to the front window to make sure she got my side of cream cheese and she goes “I never heard you say that” again in a rude tone. This type of service makes me never want to come back to this location. I usually let things go and have never written a bad review in my life, but this really is unacceptable.
