Good bagels, great iced coffee, and a very nice place to work.

The sandwiches are always good, but it can tend to be a wait using the app and going through the drive thru. After the almost 20 minute wait they gave me access comp card for a free coffee. They should have given me two since the coffee they gave me for that order was already room temp when I got it. Will still be going back for great bagels, sandwiches, and shmears though!

Food and service was good but there were 2 young kids belonged employee that was aloud to run and screamed all around the restaurant the entire time we were there. I understand that last minute things pop up but seriously? As an employee allowing your kids to behave like that while customers are in the store? Mad embarrassing to the parent for allowing that to happen and not stopping the behavior. I fell bad for the other employees who had to deal with that.

I was in line over 30 min. I ordered avocado on a regular bagel, toasted. I pulled into the parking lot to eat, and there was maybe a tablespoon of avocado between the two slices of bagel and the avocado was hard and of course the bagel was not toasted. SUCH a disappointment!!

I order for couple of items for takeout, but one item was missing(Tub Strawberry Shmear) from the order when I reached home and checked. I tried to reach out to them over a phone call, no response or no one answers the call. It’s really very bad service.

I went inside and ordered three bagels sliced with a side of cream cheese with one of the bagels. Nothing extra - no toasting, etc. There were only THREE of us customers inside. I waited 15 minutes for my order. Initially, it was wrong - two bagels only and no cream cheese. I waited ANOTHER 5 minutes for one of the FIVE employees to fix the error. What? Ridiculous amount of wait time. I. Will. Not. Be. Back.

Best bagels around. The only downside is that close at 2:00 and if you get off work at 5:00 you're out of luck.

Vegetarian options: Staff is quick fast and efficient. Bagels are fresh and delicious.

Parking: They do have a drive-thru which is very convenient if you're in a hurry.

At least four times we order the 13 bagels plus two tubs of cream cheese, and they always give us 12 instead of 13. Very annoying, does all the staff not know how to count?

I have given this location 2 tries and both times the drive through takes 10 to 15 minutes with only 1 to 2 cars in front. This morning I was 15 minutes early for work so I decided to try it one more time because I do love the food and coffee. I ordered at 7:40 am with 2 cars ahead and had to pull out of line at 7:55 with 1 car still waiting. I love the food and coffee here but the wait time is ridiculous. I need to be at work (one block away) before 8am. I have never left a bad review but I tried to get on the website for this location and it is impossible to contact someone in management. This completely ruined my day. I don't want anything for free and I will no longer go to any location to get breakfast.

Mobile order took about 25mins when store seemed very empty and unbusy.

I’ve been coming to this location specifically because of Jake’s outstanding service. He consistently delivers the best salmon lox bagels, and even my family is hooked. Jake is a hard worker who not only multitasks efficiently but also excels as both a team leader and team player. Despite the busy environment, he manages to train new employees with promptness and patience. Having worked in sales for over twenty years, I recognize and appreciate talent that benefits the business. Jake truly deserves recognition and advancement within this chain. Thank you, Jake, for your outstanding work!

The bagel sandwiches were great! But the chai drinks were basically watered down milk instead of robust flavors that chai’s are known for.

I'm not one to leave a negative review, however, twice now, I have placed catering orders on their website. Both for family events, weddings to be exact. We wanted something quick and easy before the big day. Both times, I showed up shortly after pick up times and was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. I was questioned if I was at the right store, did I have my confirmation? I did, of course. Fool me twice, no thanks. We will be taking out business elsewhere.
