Einstein Bros. Bagels

My vanilla hazelnut flavored coffee was delicious and hot like it was freshly made. I’ve ordered catering several times for my staff and it all arrived exactly how I ordered it. Everyone enjoyed it! Ordering catering is an easy online and my order arrived on time, every time.

However, I’m wondering for my one time bagel orders at this store if something is wrong with their toaster? If you want a bagel regular toasted like a medium brown - you’re going to gave to ask for it toasted well done. My bagel I asked to be toasted was just slightly warm. I’ve been to other stores and asked for toasted bagels and they came out toasted perfectly so not sure what’s happening with the toaster here at this store

Ever since the manager left, I don’t blame her! This place worked her like a dog.. the drive thru wait time, no matter if they’re busy or slow, and no matter what time you come, you will ALWAYS wait 5 mins just to place your order… annoying but I still come back so idk what

Excellent product, mediocre service. I go only a couple times a year, but over a 20 year period. Regular issues with pre-orders (can't find it, can't use it on website, order not ready at designated time). I never complain, but this time I did and manager was very nice and compensated me by replacing damaged product. I would say that most staff were pretty young and likely inexperienced. Maybe not trained to deal with issues. I guess its a small price to pay for really good bagels! Thank you to manager for trying to make things right.

The food is delicious and we often opt for delivery which is speedy. However, the drive-thru line takes forever. It’s great the store has a lot of business but today we have say in line for 30 minutes. We could have and should have gone to a restaurant but still are pretty loyal to Einstein, so here we sit waiting.

The food is absolutely delicious! My favorite is the jalapeño cheddar bagel with brisket — I’ve had it the last three Sundays in a row, lol. One time the jalapeño bagel wasn’t available, so I tried another one, and it was also delicious. But my favorite is definitely clear!

What a wonderful store, this is the best location is of for sure! I just went to get my fix of bagels for the week and the employee who helped me was so kind! I recommend this Einstein’s to everyone!!!

Hell yeah all around, except for the old dude outside with his socks on the table then he put his shoes on and put them on the table too. Yucky but love the food, staff and energy of this location. 👍🏾
