The meal was incredibly delicious, and the new owners' hospitality was outstanding. My family and I enjoyed the veggie combo, beef tibs, and special kitfo – it was absolutely fantastic.
We ate at Abol today and the food was excellent. Every dish had the right amount of seasoning and it reminded me of home. We had the veggie combo and the special kitfo. We also had the Ethiopian coffee and baklava. The service was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Abol’s took over Elsa’s recently. The food and service are excellent. The full menu is back, including gluten free injera. We miss Elsa and Haile, but glad for Abol’s to continue the tradition. Best in KC. Highly recommend!
