We were told to leave after my grandma (who’s had two strokes) brought in her service animal. When we told them we had everything to show them it was a service animal the employee told the boss it was a service animal as she did quotation marks. This is extremely disheartening not being able to just go to lunch with my grandma who I rarely get to see. This is an insane way to treat people who literally just walked into the store. Shame on every single person in that building. Disgusting display of ageism.

Food was so good just like every single time we come I heard that they were trying to get rid of the shredded cheese though. That’s the only thing I’m mad about. It’s so good. They cannot have an Italian restaurant without cheese. 😭 it will not be the same anyways the customer service was great

Best Fazolis I’ve had (and I have a lot of pasta). Staff was ontop of it even during a slow lunch, the lady who served us our food was insanely charming and funny to boot. Will definitely come back next time I’m in KC. Nowhere else are you getting souvenir paper
