Got a order through the drive through tonight and half my burger was not cooked all the way 😢

I ordered a 5-tender meal at Freddy's, and when I bit into the first tender, it didn’t seem properly cooked—it was hard and crunchy inside. The other four were fine, so I didn’t think too much of it at first.

After finishing my food, I brought it up while ordering sundaes for my kids, just to let them know. I wasn’t expecting much, maybe just an explanation or acknowledgment. Instead, the response I got felt rude and dismissive. It left me feeling like I’d done something wrong just by mentioning it. It was disappointing, especially since I’ve usually had good experiences here.

First I'm going to start off with how clean the store was! I was very impressed with how professional the staff treated me my two kids made it very hard to order and the lady named Sara was very patient and professional. I had forgotten to add a dirt and worms concrete and the lady named Alexa was able to fix my order for me it was very awesome! My food was perfectly hot and came so fast I was very surprised they really do mean fast food! It was really good the jalapeno burger was perfectly spicy and delicious! Alexa brought me a high chair and she told me about her kids and said that she understood when your hands are full really awesome and nice staff! And lastly I was really shocked how clean the restrooms where. i will be coming back!

This is the first hamburger I ate since coming to the United States. I had a cheeseburger and it was really delicious.
If you ordered the set, there were a lot of French fries, so it was a bit difficult to eat them all.

Drive thru service has been super slow as a recently and today I received the wrong order, when I get the right order finally it was cold when I got it home. Not the first time they have forgotten or got the order wrong.

Only one person ahead of us in the drive-through waited 15 minutes and received the pictured burnt tater tots was for quite A disappointment and not at all like the golden tater tots pictured on the menu

The food here is fine. Freddy's is a great chain. This location has been horrible lately, takes them 10-15 minutes to make a meal, they forgot our fries, lid wasn't sealed on the drink so it spilled on my lap as I took it from him. Just careless and lazy.

This was one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in! Even the restrooms were impressive! The staff was friendly and the food was hot and fresh!! Keep up the good work!!

This has got to be the slowest fast food service I've ever encountered. 16 minutes wait behind one car for food. The restaurant want even busy inside. Don't waste your time.

Omg the custard is really tasty here and the manager has the absolute kindest attitude. The rest of the staff was nice too, but the manager kind of knocked it out of the park kindness and attentiveness wise! 10/10 Definitely going to bring my friend here next week.

I come to Freddy’s only for the signature turtle, no hot fudge with extra caramel. Alexis is the only one that can actually make it right. Something so simple never can never be made right. But, Alexis definitely understands the assignment 👏🏾
