Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Terrible service. They got our order wrong and charged us on food we didn’t order. Then they act stone cold ignorant we I explained what they did. It was hell trying to get a refund. It was dinner hour and no one was in there. No more Freddy’s !

Drive thru service is super slow. They need a parking process or something. I appreciate getting hot food but it's not timely to hold the whole line up. The same 3 cars have been in front of me, and haven't moved since I ordered.

I ordered food through Grubhub and it was terrible. The soda was completely watered down, the chicken sandwich was dry and cold and the onion rings were cold and rubbery. I will never order from here again and I should have just thrown my money out the window.

Saw on Google they were open until 11pm. Typically I don’t like going places right before they close. When we pulled up to the drive thru, silent treatment. That’s fine. We wait for about 3 minutes. Had gotten there at 9:50 PM. I get it. Schools back in session, so the time might not have updated yet.

What frustrates me, is when I pull up, I see they are wearing the headset inside. So it’s been beeping at them for 3 minutes and they don’t say a word. And lo and behold, there’s a customer waiting on their food at the window.

So I either have to reverse all the way through their drive thru, or wait for this customer to be helped. Not great options. Would've been really nice to have been told “hey, we’re closing, but there’s a car waiting at the window around the corner.” But maybe they were nervous I’d demand service anyways. I’m not sure.

We decided to get Twisters and it was fantastic. We’ll be going to them and Culver’s from now on. Thanks for reading!

Pretty wild how you can order a Double Oreo shake, ask for even more extra oreo on top of that, and get a total of seven tiny pieces of oreo in the whole thing

My wife and I ordered concretes and you could have drank it with a straw. We were very disappointed. When the ice cream cones were handed to my grandkids ice cream was running down the side of the cones.

I have never seen a more unkept, unclean Freddy’s location. It was 130 pm on Monday. Tables were not cleaned, paper left from straws and napkins not picked up and the counter where you ordered and picked up was not clean. It has been a while since I had been inside and I wouldn’t eat there. As a final insult, I ordered a medium milk shake and got a small. Management needs to get involved

The steak burgers were pretty good but the fries were amazing.

A pleasant change from Mc D's. In Quality, Taste, and especially the price! I'll also add 'variety' to the list!
