Very poor work ethics displayed by upper management. Does not return messages in a timely manner. They let a very hard wording manager walk away yet they beg for another employee that only works 2 6hr shifts 2x a week to stay. They play favorites. They discriminate. It's by peer grace that this company still has restaurants running. Especially the pizza hut they own in colorado.

This companies establishments are run down and in dire need of repair or upgrades . The employees are under paid which makes them grumpy, the customers are not satisfied which makes them not return. I'm sure Victor nor any of his minions read these reviews. Employees quit because area manager and district managers aren't very supportive. Victor can't even respond to an email about wages for a new manager causing the loss of a great manager. Gonna lose alot of customers.

One word to describe this company: Exploitive.

Underpaid and overworked just so that the executive team can extract as much money as they can while lowering the quality of both their products and the quality of life for their employees. A lot of the executive members will belittle you and act as if you are below them in every manner. The turnover is very high here and they will do anything and everything possibly to pay their employees as little as possible. If you are someone that doesn’t want to be properly compensated for your work, then this is the place to be.

When covid hit sales went through the roof while staff was hard to maintain. The result was that profits for the period were way up. The bonus structure, which had changed about 4 or 5 times in the 2-3 years since grand mere bought the franchise, included the stipulation that a store would bonus 100% of what they beat their sales goal by, among other qualifications for more money. Stores were demolishing their goals by thousands of dollars. By over 10 thousand in some locations to my knowledge. Grand mere sees all of this money, and decides that they're going to give every store a bonus whether they actually earned it or not. They called it a covid relief bonus to make it sound like they were doing a good thing, but they weren't fooling anyone. Had they actually cared they would have given hourly employees some type of hazzard type pay. Not every employee got this bonus, mind you. It was a ridiculous amount considering the circumstances. About $600 if memory serves me correctly. There were about 30 stores at the time, but less than 40. So let's call the number 35 for the sake of argument. So with those approximate numbers as an example they paid out about $20,000, and were patting themselves on the back for paying more in bonuses than they ever had before. There were individual stores that topped $10,000 in the sales bonus alone not including the other categories. So they obviously did this to pocket the profit for themselves, and make it seem like they were being charitable, while giving us the finger, and completely ignoring the bonus system that they themselves put into place. Additionally this set the bar to qualify for future bonuses much higher, because we had to make that much more to beat the new sales goal influenced by the extreme sales we'd made the previous quarter, which further benefited the "struggling" investors as they would have to pay out even less bonus money. There are also numerous instances of them doing what amounts to stealing vacation time.None of this is illegal of course. Simply despicable.Among other transgressions and offenses committed by this company.

This is one of the most terrible companies to work for. They will find ways to be so sneaky to terminate people, then allow other employees to do the same thing only to promote them. They having knowingly allowed multiple general managers to date their employees only to move the employee & promote them. Starla in the home office (works in HR) refuses to pay out employee paid time off even when it has been promised by the area coach and director of operations. Overall, this company is very slimy & sneaky.

well they're Pizza Hut in Trinidad Colorado has employees working there that accuse people of something they didn't do and then they get fired this probably won't be the only time that this person does this her name is Mary she doesn't even do her job right I watched her on how many times she goes and sits in her car and smokes weed not a great atmosphere to be around thought it won't be the only time you have problems with her she stole from her last company and started giving it to the employees that she worked with at that Pizza Hut just to let you know.
