I have twins with ana food allergies. I vetted this place about 2 years ago.I went in with my son yesterday and ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with our awesome waitress, mentioning food allergies in passing. A few minutes later, unprompted, the waitress and manager both came out and discussed it.I was already comfortable with procedures etc there but was impressed they were super proactive about our issues and explained the situation in the kitchen and airborne contact was a thing. Never experienced this before at any restaurant.Food is good and would recommend anyone with a wheat/gluten allergy.

We LOVE Grimaldi's! The restaurant has a fun atmosphere and the music is classic Rat Pack style. The food is so good and the Brooklyn style pizzas are delicious. The service is always professional and kind. My only wish is the food menu would expand a bit more; otherwise, enjoy!Parking: if you want to spot outside the restaurant, it can be quite difficult. However, there is a large parking garage and Prairie Fire valet is always an option especially at dinner time.Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere!Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entry

I had the Don, it was excellent, good flavor generous toppings. Service was prompt and d courteous, there was a family with 3 screaming kids, but not the fault of restaurant. I like the decor, spacious and comfortable, the lights could be dimmer, I think that would give it a old world flair

Some of worst pizza and salad ever. Salad consisted of lettuce with dressing and nothing else. The pizza was like burnt crackers with hardly any sauce or ingredients on it. Absolutely awful!! I have been to Grimaldi Pizza in Brooklyn and In Scottsdale and they are both awesome!! If corporate knew the way this place is, they would immediately close it down!!

Staff was perfect. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did their jobs very well.The atmosphere was just right. It was casual, lighting was spot on, good music, nice pictures and had just the perfect vibe.The food. The Mediterranean salad was Huge! Definitely a 2-4 person salad. But that pizza, was the best pizza I've ever had! The hot honey pepperoni was like nothing I've ever experienced. And I should note, I've traveled the US and managed two pizza joints in my younger years. I told my significant other, that's the pizza I want from now on. Even though it's an hour away.There were two small negatives to my visit. First, the beer wasn't very cold. Not that big of a deal. Second, the pizza had numerous large bubbles in the crust. They were a little burnt and are easily avoided by just paying attention.Either way, 5 stars all the way.

We went for lunch. Great deal, pizza slice, salad, and drink $9.99. Everything is so fresh. Pizza was cooked perfectly. The Italian sausage was out of this world!! Their italian sausage is like none other. Can't wait to go back. (P.s. get the cheesecake, you'll thank me later)

Grimaldi's is a wonderful pizza restaurant, a bit fancier than most but still a relaxed atmosphere. For drinks we had an Italian Margarita which was perfectly sweet. My mother had an espresso martini which had the most deliciously sugared rim, that tasted like brown sugar and cinnamon. For appetizers we had a small Cesar salad, which is definitely large enough to split, and a Caprese Salad which was average. For pizza we split a 16" Brooklyn Bridge with red onions and it was SO GOOD. The ricotta cheese on top was the nicest flavor pared with the red peppers and sausage. If you like a floppier thin crust pizza then this place is for you. Overall our experience was great and our server was attentive and nice. As for prices, it is a bit pricey but well worth it for a nice dinner. For two people, three cocktails, a salad, an appetizer, and a pizza, we spent $100. Highly recommend!!!

As close to New York pizza as you’re going to get in KC. The crust is almost on point. It’s crunchy but a little floppy. Sauce heavy here. Left to be desired for more cheese. In KC, it’s the best you’ll find for NY style. In NY, I would pass and go elsewhere.

Loved the atmosphere at this restaurant. From the wine bottle chandeliers to the exposed brick walls and the vintage framed photos and well placed mirrors and woodwork. The bartender was our server, and he was funny and attentive. The Merry Cherry Margarita was delicious. We had a wonderful pizza. The only pitfall was I ordered a pepsi, and I kept getting a diet pepsi. The bathrooms were cute and clean.
