The staff was very nice and professional. I think they were understaffed for how busy they were. So there was a delay, but everyone was clearly working their hardest.The food unfortunately wasn't great. I didn't even eat most of mine, I just felt kinda sick eating it. The eggs were very light yellow, they didn't look great. The chicken fried steak just made me feel gross. The pancakes were good though!

Arrived at 620am, no other customers there. Could see where someone had eaten, 1/2 a plate of pancakes on an empty table. Could hear talking & laughing in the kitchen. Stood around, walked around, sat at a table awhile. Easily 20 min total. Was never even acknowledged. Gave the homeless person outside by the door my $20 & told him to go in and eat??Left & drove to Denny’s, was served by 6:50, great service.Thank you Denny’s.

This is by far my favorite IHOP to go to, especially in the evening because Tara is always working! She’s such a lovely waitress, and absolutely deserves all the praise! So personable and animated, and always so nice!

Took a second to be seated and took even longer to be asked what we would like to drink. Drinks came out relatively quickly but for how slow it was when we arrived (11:30 at night) it took way too long in my opinion. Probably was 20 minutes almost before being asked what we would like to order. After ordering, it was nearly half an hour before our food came out I’d say. Thankfully, the food was surprisingly really good compared to the rest of the lackluster service we got. The main host girl seemed to not enjoy her job very much or maybe was just tired or having a bad night, it happens. The lady who brought out our food was really great and positive. Overall it was a decent experience and would come back again but with hopes for quicker service.

I requested the meats be cooked well done but not brunt. My bacon was burnt black and returned. My server was accommodating. Service was acceptable. Some of the seating should be replaced.
I travel for wk 11 months out of the year and this location is by far the best I have encountered! For there only being 1 waitress at 2am, she moved quick, in a timely manner and food was excellent! Highly recommended if your looking for somewhere to eat at 2am.

One guy was serving the entire restaurant while the other lady was just standing around talking to customers while there are other customers waiting to be sat. The one waiter running around assisting customers was rude and uncommunicative. Failing to inform us when Something was unavailable and bringing out what wasn't ordered.
