From ordering to getting our food we were there for at least an hour. We were the first car in the drive through, and by the time we left there was a line that went all the way around the building. We were given half of our order, plus a bunch of food we didn't order. We sent the wrong stuff back, and eventually got the rest of our order except for my loaded waffle fries, and it was all cold. There were at least three employees, one being a manager, and no one ordering at the front counter, so it should not have taken as long as it did. The woman at the window only came back one time to tell us they were out of milk for my daughter's kids meal, but never once apologized for the wait. And to top it all off, I'm glad I checked before actually giving my two year old daughter her food because they gave her jalapeño poppers instead of chicken nuggets. Someone really needs to check the evening shift employees. We will not be back.

This requires management intervention. We ordered from the drive thru today for lunch. While it took a great deal of time with little traffic, the main issue is with the diet coke. It had a horrible taste. I shared this with the woman who gave us our order and she said that yes, they had received several complaints regarding the diet coke. Some people said that it tasted and smelled like vapor rub. Why the restaurant would continue to serve a bad product is beyond me. Please fix this.

Jan 2025. I'd probably say avoid this location for now. They probably do not have enough help and probably not very good help. The service is typically very slow and the food is prepared sloppy. It's mainly a not enough help and not a good processes issue I would suspect.
March 2023. I'm going to update this and I'll leave my previous review this Jack in the box has come a long way with their service their food and their help so I feel like it's a solid fast food restaurant now to go through.
2020. I'm not going to lie... This really not the best Jack in the Box. The tacos are good and overall the food is not bad. The help is not awesome though and it's pretty slow. I'm sure it's tough to find good help but it's something the owners should really continue work on.

We are some taco eating freaks and we go to JnB often. I usually don’t review fast food but I felt compelled. This location is the cleanest JnB I’ve ever been in. Ever! It was also the appropriate temperature. JnB’s are notoriously cold. Well done!

This place was the most disorganized establishment I've ever been to. The cashier never gave me a total on my order, ask if it was for here or Togo, or even a receipt! The lobby was terrible with a sticky floor, chairs not pushed in, tables in need of cleaning desperately! At least 6 crew members and the place was in terrible shape. I won't be back, if the lobby is so poorly taken care of I don't even wanna see the kitchen!
I placed a mobile order at midnight, but no one is here.

Took over 20 miniutes to go thru the drive thru, big my order wrong twice, and said they didn’t know how to make a shake in the menu and gave me a hot beverage with a topping and asked if it was close enough because he didn’t know how to make it.

Me and my husband never been here and absolutely loved it from the food to the atmosphere!! The food was fresh and hot. The people greeted us made our first experience nice and enjoyable !! 10/10 recommend!!

Don't pay attention to the other recent reviews. Those are bots. I recently went through the drive thru and between the time I started at the speaker to the time I ended up waiting at a parking spot was 45 minutes just for a burger and some chicken nuggets
