Full Story: For the history of me ordering takeout, I ALWAYS check the whole order before leaving with my food. I've had to train my friends and family to do this too whenever picking up food for me. I'm not a picky eater, but we all want what we ordered. We've all had countless orders messed up only to find out after we're back home. I still frequent several of my favorite spots that mess up my orders (albeit I catch it in the store before leaving) so it's never a deal-breaker, just a monkey wrench that slows down your plans. With this Jimmy John's location specifically, I've ordered lunch here at least once a week for almost two years now. Even tho they've never messed up my order, I would still always check before tipping/leaving per habit. After about a year of perfect orders, I can say that I no longer check my sandwich before leaving and they still have a perfect track record! This is the only restaurant in the world that I do not have to check the order b/c they ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work! =)

Asked for no tomato and knew the guy making the sandwich was not going to remember. As I watched him put tomato on my sandwich I noticed the beads of sweat falling from his nose onto the dressing table. He also had hair curling out from under his hat that also had sweat falling from it. Couldn't bring myself to ask for my money back. Threw the sandwich away. Go to a cleaner shop because this place is questionable.

Please turn your ordering off 15 minutes before you close. There’s been multiple occasions I’ve had orders go through the website, app, and DoorDash then I receive a call saying they can’t complete my order. I understand closing, but please turn orders off in a timely manner.
