I had a very pleasant experience after I had a sandwich that was made incorrectly. The workers were very friendly and order was quickly remade and was offered a drink and cookie while waiting for the trouble. Appreciate the kind staff working tonight and very satisfied with my experience

I ordered the Toasted ultimate Italian they put hot hot peppers. It didn’t say it on the menu. I would not have that way too hot.
The bottom of the bun was a little over baked
But the sandwich overall I would say was delicious. I love JJ.

First time trying this location. Had a great visit. The sandwich had nice, soft, fresh bread, they kept the sauce light as requested. Everything done well and up to par with friendly service - what more can you ask for?
