This location cannot get it together. I have ordered from them numerous times and they never get the order correct. I end up without my drink (this is a guarantee) and/or other side. I have called the store each time only to be spoken to harshly & told all they can do is offer a credit. I understand mistakes happen, but consistently is not acceptable, and neither is store employees treating customers poorly.

One employee with an attitude in back basically making fun of the others for not knowing where things are is a clear indicator of an utter lack of awareness and professionalism. All the other stores are so friendly and attentive. Just not a great experience. I'm extremely disappointed.

The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. The girl who took my order was distasteful and rude. She didn’t ask me for a receipt or direct me to where to find my food when it was ready. She didn’t greet me, smile or acknowledge me when I said thank you. The interaction was awkward and not what I expected. I asked for a bag from the boy who made my sandwich and he said help yourself. So I had to reach over the counter top and grab my own which was right next to the exposed deli meat. It felt very unsanitary and uncomfortable. I’m not sure if that was too much to ask.

I placed an order for delivery at 11:38am, I am only about 3 minutes away if that. I didn't receive my order until 1:30pm, almost 2 hours later.
Jimmy John’s was a bit of a disappointment this morning, The employee didn’t ask me what bread, what sides or even what size sandwich. He asked for my phone number but did not ask if I wanted to redeem my reward today. I will order delivery next time.
