I visited for a pop up event to try a Michelin star ramen dish, shigure ramen. It was fantastic! The atmosphere nails what I imagine is as close to a Japanese ramen shop experience you can get here in the Midwest. I'll be going back to try their regular menu very soon! Also they have another even coming up this month, so be on the lookout for that one on their website!
Love love love this place. To get in line to order, you’re in this aisle of unique Asian drinks, desserts, candies, merchandise. The staff is very friendly they hand to you the menu and tells you the most popular ramen (black garlic) while you wait to give your order.
