Just had chips with salsa and questions, with a house margarita on the rocks. The chips were perfect, the margarita and salsa were very good, but the queso wasn't spicy enough for my taste. The staff was wonderful.

Finally some good authentic Mexican food in OP. I got the Birria Plate and it was delicious. The portions are huge and the food literally warmed my soul. My boyfriend got the Asada Tacos which were also fire. We enjoyed our lunch while he gave me a history lesson of the classical Mexican 50s music that was playing. Arturo was our server and he was very attentive, not to mention he’s a great bartender.

We got our food before our appetizer, and when we got our food we asked about our appetizer and it seems like they just forgot about it. Our food was cold and when they brought us new sides they were way too hot to even eat. The soup I got for my daughter was just a bowl of water with cilantro and a single bite of meat attached to a huge chunk of fat. The drinks were good but none of this was worth the $50 we spent there or the time .

Ordered the Birria Ramen literally no flavor what so ever. I added salt and still a disappointment. Noodles usually fill you up but the portion size was for my 3 yr old! I am so disappointed I love birria anything. So bland. No flavor. Meat fatty noodles over cooked it was terrible. The young lady was

We were surprised to find such a nice little restaurant in the mall. We were glad we checked out reviews because I would have blown this place off otherwise. Note: it's not in the food court, which for me would have been a deal breaker for this kind of meal. The food here isn't fast food. It's speedy enough but you just need a sit down restaurant vibe for the kind of food they serve and the location they have in the mall suits it. The whole meal was very good and our server was so great. The drinks were my favorite. I would go back just for the frozen margaritas. And the Paloma hit the spot. I got the birria ramen and I think I'm just not a fan of ramen in birria. The soup was too think for it. I don't think this is a restaurant problem. I think that was a me problem.

As far as service, 10/10. Staff was absolutely amazing and attentive and very, very nice.I ordered the carne asada street tacos. I did not like them. I will say that the family I was with said it was just me. It seemed to me that their steak is slow cooked, so the texture and taste was more like a roast beef taco than a steak taco. The black beans and rice were just okay. I don't like that you have to pay for chips and salsa, but they were good. I tried one of my mother-in-law's fish tacos. It was better than the carne asada taco, but I still didn't care for it.The margaritas were good. If I do go back, I would only get chips and salsa and margaritas. But I have a favorite place off 91st and Metcalf that I frequent, so I don't think I'd come back anytime soon. I was just invited to try a new place, and I'm sorry that it's just not for me.
