This particular McDonald's is never busy when I get there and each time I have been there, when I get my food is not even lukewarm. The meat is overcooked and the fries no warmth to them at all.
Something is real wrong at this McDonalds! My assumption is bad management and terrible employees! I was in KC on business and was staying at the hotel close to this location! I went one afternoon and they could only accept cash! I went again this evening at 9pm—they couldn’t take orders because the system was down—I drove around and by then they were taking orders but cash only! And they say it SO rudely! We walked inside and only 2 pictures of breakfast on the menu board. Order Kiosk not working. Young lady behind counter just looking at us. No greeting just staring. We asked where the menu was and after a few uncomfortable moments she finally spoke. Told us an upgrade was in progress. Like we should have known. I said that she should have told us that from the beginning. She must have been new but was not good at customer service. Not rude but clueless
