We gave them a year to get their shit together from previous issues and they let us down again. We were there for an hour and a half last week because the waiter forgot to turn our ticket in for 45 minutes. We watched one couple come and go before we even got our food. The waiter never apologized. We were there at 8:00 and the place was only 20% full so no reason. Go to the other KS locations, haven’t had issues at others.

80th Street location We usually go to the one on 151st but saw a review in a group and this one was so cute decided to try it. We went on Monday, had such an amazing dinner that we went back tonight (Tuesday). Our servers both nights were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot Mondays server name but tonight was Marcos and he was the absolute best! I had the tortilla soup both nights and I just want a gallon of it, the best I have ever had. The toppings added to it overall, and the fresh avocado was so tasty. Really, get it, you won't be the same after. Is getting it 3 days in a row excessive? Hmmmm Taco Tuesday tacos $1 each, ground beef or chicken. The ground beef is well seasoned, and delicious. The avocado salsa is another must try. This is a must and my new favorite place.
Always make late pickup

Decided to take my lunch break at this location, Which was perfect because there were only 3 people dining in the restaurant at the time. Sat down, already knew what I wanted. Ordered my soft drink and food. Which at this time they sat a couple at this section as well. Ive waited for 20 minutes and here they come out with the food for the couple . All I wanted was tacos. So I got up asked to pay for my soft drink which was $4. I will never order at this location again.

Career traveler. Always comparing Mexican across the globe. My #1 just was knocked from their long-time position with Mi Ranchito. The absolute premium menu, Shrimp Fajitas, service was sincere. Felt like my family and theirs were one. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars, really. Will visit every time I am in the area. Simply Stellar across the entire experience.

We used to love Mi Ranchito but their food quality has been going downhill for the last year. The salsa has started to taste different for the worse and the Espinaca was very runny at this location as if the recipe wasn’t followed.

We have always been very satisfied with this restaurant service and the quality of the food. Last evening we brought out our granddaughter for dinner. The young server was chomping on his gum and it was visible to us. This seems very unprofessional and not very appealing. Please have a chat with this young man.
First time, and the reviews and the menu had us excited to try it. I waited awhile for the food (10+ minutes after it was supposed to be ready). The hosts and the guy at the bar was nice (not sure if he understood English but that's ok) but the lady behind the bar was contemptuous--I tried to speak some Spanish to her to be friendly, and I think that made her hate me more. Got home with my takeout order and the food was TERRIBLE. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could get better Mexican at the QT. The chips were fried in old oil (tasted awful) were cold and unsalted. The salsa was more like red pasta sauce. The guacamole was flavorless (no lime, garlic, cilantro or salt) and it was browning and not fresh. The green and red sauces with the bacon chicken appetizer both tasted the same and basically tasted like fermented flour---very strange. The nachos, taquitos and quesadillas were all not fresh and I could have had better if I had bought them frozen at Costco. Literally anything would have been better. We spent $70 and threw most of it away, and now I have a stomach ache from what little I did eat.
