Outback isn’t what it used to be. Service is good, staff is friendly, but they’ve lost that down under look and atmosphere. The burger was a frozen, mechanically shaped (vs hand packed) and it showed — both the look and the taste — with only two slices of bacon. The sweet potato was one of the smallest I’ve seen. A big positive is that they use real butter.

Steak was way undercooked, sent it back and the same steak was brought back out overcooked, dry and gray. Not impressed whatsoever. Probably won't be back any time soon. Only thing that was good was the margarita.

My birthday dinner was a bust. Portions were much smaller than advertised and overcooked to "jerky" like consistency (both steak and chicken). Potatoes were cold. Broccoli was the star of this production. Even had to send the blooming onion back.
The food is a bit overpriced and quality can vary. Some orders have been fresh and enjoyable while others have been overcooked, old, and stale. Service is usually pleasant but oftentimes I have to wait and look around for someone when I've placed a carry-out order.

Went on the evening of April 9th 2024 Morgan G was our hostess , she was on point , very nice and attentive , she knew her job and did it extremely well just a awesome young lady great people skillsParking: Very spacious
Went to outback recently and it was a bit of a chilly day. So we got seating at a table that had a straight path from the door. Anytime the door would open we could feel a breeze. Went to ask the host(some girl with bangs and a braid) if we could get another seat, it wasn’t immediately because we wanted to see how bad the cold air was. So we had water, and bread already on the table. But she showed no compassion, “I’m sorry let me see”Just straight up, we have nothing we have nothing, yet keep sitting new people who are coming in, literally in the same section we were in. She then was like well I have nothing at all so you can wait another hour for a different table. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, a lot of tables were available for sure. Food was good but it’s already bad coming in and the hose didn’t have any good people skills or compassion for paying customers.
