Pancho's Mexican Food

I purchased my food at 445, arrived home and they got my order wrong. I am allergic to cheese so I dont eat dairy or cheese.. I ordered chips and guacamole, I ended up with nachos.. I tried calling a few times to make them aware of the situation and won't answer the phone.. I will eat her again because I like the food but this is just disappointing..

Stop going there, i usually go there like between 4 to 6 am, cashier at the window always very super disgusting rude, very very rude at first i though i order too less and she was rude afterwards i order seriously 40 to 50 dollars just for myself and she is still very disgusting rude, wonder why they are still in business and with 4.1 stars on Google reviews.

My go to spot for a Carne Asada Burritos or fries. Need to open the lobby for us to dine in...PLEASE...

Well, it's a decent fast food choice.. Way better than those other places, and it's healthier. Totally a good pick if you want something quick.

Good food and good price for drive thru. You can go inside but we were there late night. It has 24 hour drive thru.

There is a chain of these in Arizona. I absolutely loved them when I lived there. When I moved back to Kansas, I missed them because they are just that good. I looked up 24 hr mexican food near me, and found this one. Not knowing it was a family business I was extremely excited to find that they were the same franchise. If you like authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you! Did I mention they are open 24/7?

I was expecting a delicious cake, but the truth is that it didn't taste good, there is nothing Mexican about it, a disappointment since the price is very high, I will definitely not return.

Tacos were correct. Chicken quesadilla was NOT. AGAIN. Twice I've ordered a chicken quesadilla (mind you, they have two options- chicken, or carne asada.)

Lady was super rude taking my order. Should not be working fast food with a bad attitude.I understand working fast food but I did nothing but order food and was not rude at all sorry your job sucks. Will not every come back here again
