Best Mexican food I've had in Kansas. I've lived in South Texas, Arizona and California and been to Mexico several times. Most of the Mexican food in Kansas is not good or authentic and you're better off going to Taco Bell. But Pancho's is an exception.

I ordered the asada fries and when I tell you they are gross!!! Fries have no flavor and are cold, meat is dry as ever and there is barely any cheese or sour cream on them. This place use to be amazing and now it’s disgusting. I definitely will never spend money to eat here again. They use to have seasoned fries and now u get some McDonald’s looking fries that come soggy??? Yea no

Go to Pancho's. The Kansas City staple is ridiculously good comfort food. The burritos are huge, the tortillas are amazing, and everything is fresh. The carnitas always have a crunchy edge, whether in a burrito or as part of a plated meal. All of the salsas are great. The breakfast burritos are substantial. Pancho's is a value, no matter what meal or snack you are looking for. If you don't get the rolled tacos, you are missing out.

Ordered delivery and was severely disappointed with what I got. Very little flavor and I ordered a side of guacamole... received some kind of green goop? Pretty sure guacamole is not a sauce. Cost 5 dollars. Wanted to try them cause of what I heard about them but won't be ordering again.
