Good food. Theyre fast too. Unfortunately they dont feel the need to brew sweet tea ever. Ive been here atleast probably once a week for the last couple months. Not a single time have they had sweet tea ready. When i look at the tea vat. Its just clean and empty. Their just lazy.

The person working the food line needs to either be trained again or taken off the line completely. She was completely disorganized and unapologetic. I asked for a Bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. Maybe she would have heard me better if she would have looked up and acknowledged me even just once. Instead, she mumbled something about chow mein being out and "a couple" people in line ahead of me to get more. I chose to wait and complete chaos ensued. "Noemi" was barking out orders to everyone else, while not taking any responsibility for the fact that she got all of the orders confused. The only thing she was concerned about was making sure everyone was charged BEFORE the food was even made. Then, when I was showing the cashier that she overcharged me on the receipt, Noemi steps in on her little power trip and tells me I'm trying to steal someone else's food and it's wrong. That is NOT what my intent was. In fact, I was trying to inquire why THEY were stealing from me. I'm sure that was a tactic to throw me off so they could get away with overcharging me. She and her co-conspirator seemed used to the setup. I ended up walking out with a smaller portion than what I was charged for so beware of them literally stealing your money.

They do not open at 11 like it says on the Internet! You wait for 11 and then you wait 15 minutes or more past time! Usually would be fine, but I only have a certain amount of time today:(I did talk to the worker

It was okay. I wanted a bowl but they gave me a plate. I didn't want a plate. Ordered the noodles. It was okay. Also the honey walnut shrimp, which was crispy this time and beijing beef. Love the beef though. Overall, very oily so not suitable for anyone trying to lose weight. Unless you like fattening food like me then enjoy yourself. Would recommend the noodles instead of rice because it's always a weird consistency. Not fully cook sometimes or too mushy. Beijing beef is my go to.

Old dry food. No refill for your drink? Don't be stingy for the freaking tea.

I usually buy two small to go containers of different entrees, one of which is often teriyaki chicken and the other has veggies. That's plenty of food for lunch, and the calories are only 600-700. The fried rice is pretty basic. They need to use bok choy as their vegetable offering sparingly. It gets old if you want an entree with vegetables.

Since relocating to the Mid-West FPO and I have encountered several gastronomical challenges in our culinary adventures. One of the main ones being we can't find good, authentic Chinese food. Well, maybe that's not entirely fair. I doubt anywhere in this country has "authentic" Chinese food because everywhere you go, the food is going to be influenced by the region. Chinese food in Hawaii is very different from Chinese food on the West Coast, the East Coast, and it's verrry different from Chinese food in the Mid-West. Panda Express is Americanized, fast food Chinese and it looks like it might be the closest to what we're used to. But, as we learned the other day, even Panda's is different. I'm sure their recipes must be the same because they're either corporate stores or franchises but I think because their sources are different, even with this we found it's different. I ordered a plate with the noodles, teriyaki chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. Everything tasted different. The noodles were more bland and more oily. The chicken was probably the best thing on the plate. It reminded me more of teri chicken in Hawaii. The shrimp was smaller and had a fishy taste to it. At first I was worried I would get food poisoning but after a few hours and I was still fine, I decided it must just be the restaurants here are getting their ingredients from a different source. I can't say I really enjoyed this first Panda experience but I learned from it. Next time I'll go with either the greens or the fried rice and avoid the shrimp entirely. There will be a next time ... eventually. This really is the closest thing I've found so far to the Chinese food in Hawaii. I must be getting homesick.

The food was great, minus the rice that had quite a few hard chunks of uncooked rice. Claudia however was very rude and curt. Not a great experience for my child who's working on ordering their own food.
