There was trash all in the drive thru when we pulled up we had to say hello 3 times we were the only ones there and then when we got our food no hello no nothing just handed our food off all rude like this needs to be fixed

This location is WAY better than the one on 159th. Never had an issue here and I'll drive farther to come to this location as I've never had an issues here.

We had a late lunch at this Panda Express. The food was excellent as always. Didn’t like the tea though.
Kung Pao Chicken and prawn were best among the dishes we tasted during this lunch.
The people at the counter and kitchen were very helpful, and full of smiles. They were patient and even suggested dishes when we were uncertain what to order.
The restaurant had plenty of space on that Saturday afternoon around 2 pm or so. And as I mentioned, we spent quite a while at the counter asking for recommendation and finally choosing our dishes.

We just moved to the area from Florida and have probably been to all Panda Express locations around Overland Park and Olathe. Needless to say this was a great experience, I had a sleepy toddler and was accommodated by a great employee , she was the cashier on 10/27 late afternoon. She saw that I was struggling with my daughter and went out her way to get our drink and walk the food to the table! I really appreciated that ! Great hospitality! Also the Super greens were cooked to perfection.
Quantity of food served at this location is pretty dismal. The contrast became even more striking and obvious after we had dined at a Panda express in West Desmoines, IA yesterday. I was thoroughly satisfied and wished we had a Panda Express like that one near where we live in Overland Park.

I’d give zero if I could. Went in for lunch around 12-1 and they had nothing cooking and everything was low and cold. She scooped up some dry Beijing beef I was like “hey that looks very dry like mostly breading, are you guys going to make more I can wait” she legit said “no we not making anymore” lol it’s lunch time. I thought that was rude. I ordered anyways because I had little time. I took two bites and trashed it. Simply put, don’t come here just spend your money somewhere else. I love panda but I will never go to this one again. The reviews speak for themselves.

The only good dish here is the terriyaki chicken, and this is the reason why I visit this place. But they sometimes don’t serve it or ran out. Panda should consider controlling all their dishes have the right amount to serve all customers.
