Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered food at 11:15 and was shown my order was being prepared. At 11:59 my order was cancelled. What a joke. Who ever worked 12/1/2025 around 11pm should be fired!

They put pineapple on top of a cold cheese pizza. I got extra cheese but there was no extra cheese.

I was waiting for 15 minutes they don't even care of me when I ask I have a pickup she is very arrogant and answering ,
She just throwed my pizza on desk

We tried to place an order online and their system wouldn’t work properly, it didn’t let us pay with gift cards. It wasn’t a problem with the gift cards but with their website. We called to let them know and see if they could process the payment. Richard, the general manager basically disregarded the problem and gave us attitude. We got zero help and took our business somewhere else. Is like they don’t want your business…

Been here numerous times but decided to give it 1 last chance after I received burnt food + experienced long wait times the last few visits. Call me crazy, but I even called in to request that they don’t burn my food this time. My dog and I overheated in the parking lot for 20 mins in 95 degrees (curbside pickup) - nobody came out. Went inside. It was just sitting there + the lady was not friendly. Don’t offer curbside pickup if you’re not going to honor that. On top of this, the food was burnt yet again and so greasy that it dripped out of the box onto my car’s seat & the other box.

Consistently does not deliver what was ordered, don’t waste your time. Food is fine, for the parts you actually get and aren’t missed.

Always love Papa John's. They are very consistent no matter where you go.

It’s a pizza shop in the midwest. The service is amazing and the environment is what you’d expect from a carry out pizza place. The pizza on the other hand is about what you’d expect but the sauce is sickly sweet and the crust is meh….I wish the food was as good as the service.

The pizza is solid. The first driver forgot my drink. And didn’t hand it to me so I couldn’t ask where my drink was, just left it at my door. When I texted the dasher number there was no response so I had to call the restaurant. The lady told me I can either have a credit back to my account or they can send another driver. I asked for another driver, very politely. I got an obvious annoyed tone and said they’ll do it. I’m sorry the drink wasn’t included that I paid for and the dasher is too careless to check to see if everything is there especially a drink that would be handed to him… who wants a pizza without a soda? Come on. If that wouldn’t have happened it would’ve been a better experience. Check your attitude.
