The pizza is solid. The first driver forgot my drink. And didn’t hand it to me so I couldn’t ask where my drink was, just left it at my door. When I texted the dasher number there was no response so I had to call the restaurant. The lady told me I can either have a credit back to my account or they can send another driver. I asked for another driver, very politely. I got an obvious annoyed tone and said they’ll do it. I’m sorry the drink wasn’t included that I paid for and the dasher is too careless to check to see if everything is there especially a drink that would be handed to him… who wants a pizza without a soda? Come on. If that wouldn’t have happened it would’ve been a better experience. Check your attitude.

Usually, when food is catered to a job. The food tastes better. Um... not. The pizza sauce tasted like generic tomato paste. No salt or seasoning on the pepporoni pizza. Garlic sauce cup is served on the side. But who wants to smell like garlic all day at work. Even though I tasted better, from store bought pizza. Thanks to my job for giving the employees free food.

Pizza driver left my order next of the door in rainy day, when I got it was cold and wet. Terrible service. I recommend to everyone do not pay on front, only after delivery.

The girls who work this Papa John's are always A1! The efficiency and top-notch customer service are always on point. I accidentally ordered a pizza for 9:08pm on Sunday but couldn't make until 9:30pm. I called and the girl working at night made me a fresh pie so it'd be hot for me instead of giving me a pie that was less than fresh. Made a customer right there!I also work Uber eats on weekends, and the pizzas are always hot and ready to pick up. Thank you guys for giving a great product and service I will always choose this one over the others!
