Usually, when food is catered to a job. The food tastes better. Um... not. The pizza sauce tasted like generic tomato paste. No salt or seasoning on the pepporoni pizza. Garlic sauce cup is served on the side. But who wants to smell like garlic all day at work. Even though I tasted better, from store bought pizza. Thanks to my job for giving the employees free food.

I would leave less if I could. Just ordered a gluten free Hawaiian BBQ pizza. It arrived burnt without bacon and no pineapple. I have been in Kansas for a year and I'm sorry but this place has the worst pizza with the worst service. Glad to moving away in a couple months. Frozen pizza is better!

The girls who work this Papa John's are always A1! The efficiency and top-notch customer service are always on point. I accidentally ordered a pizza for 9:08pm on Sunday but couldn't make until 9:30pm. I called and the girl working at night made me a fresh pie so it'd be hot for me instead of giving me a pie that was less than fresh. Made a customer right there!I also work Uber eats on weekends, and the pizzas are always hot and ready to pick up. Thank you guys for giving a great product and service I will always choose this one over the others!

This store was 1.6 miles from our hotel, but the manager said they didn’t deliver that far. 1st, he said driver knocked on room door and nobody answered..then changed his story to they don’t deliver that far…all of this after the fact of paying $60 for pizza and tip of course…Also, the manager for this shift was rude enough to hang up so had to call back. Told him we’d just come get our order..then was told he’d have to charge us again…This guy needs to be removed from this position..DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
This location is great!!I only deliver for doordash, so I'm reviewing from an employee perspective, kinda.But everytime I go to this location, I'm treated very well and with due respect.The pizza and wings that they hand me are always fresh and the employees are friendly.This place seems like they care about their job and they take things seriously.I personally don't eat Papa John's pizza, but lots of people do!So feel good about getting a pizza from this location because you will get quality and care!I DO recommend this location!

Tried to order on the website and it was not working so I called in. Could barely understand the person on the phone. Food was mediocre at best. Boneless wings had very little sauce on them and the garlic knots were not cooked through all the way. Definitely won’t be back and a partial refund would be nice.

Six people working and not a one had any sense of urgency. Tip- if they say "just a couple of minutes" that means at least 10 because it just went in the oven. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I've had Papa John's in the past and had some issues with them before. But recently I decided to give them another try, and this time I was surprised. Their crust has improved (majorly), sauce is great, pizza is great. Definitely better than Dominos and pizza hut now.
