Scratch kitchen so everything tastes fresh. Good atmosphere. Understaffed dining room made the pacing of our meal feel very slow. Kitchen mistakes with both entrees (missing several ingredients) but we just let it slide because waiting for the issues to be rectified seemed like it'd cause more delays.

We were seated in the (almost empty) bistro for over 15 minutes before we were able to place an order and then had to wait at least another 15-20 minutes to get our drinks. Moved to the bar thinking it might get better service and then NO server even came to check on us. Gave up on food and just left after a drink. We had to walk up to the bar to pay since no one even came to ask us if we were done or waiting or anything!

We went in for lunch and unfortunately there was limited staff for a Friday. It was sad and disappointing. I felt bad for the staff. 2 guys- the bartender and the door greeter were taking our orders, serving us drinks, and food while trying to run a bar and greet those arriving at the door. Terrible. We waited 40 minutes for flat breads, salads, and a burger. I think there were parties in other rooms. We had teenagers and they were hungry after a soccer game. They did play some bocca while we waited but we had experienced better service and food elsewhere in Overland Park. Food was over priced and very small portions from other places in town. We won’t be back.

Restaurant ran out of salmon, served me bacon in the chicken sandwich when I had clearly asked for that to be avoided, couldn't apply my gift card either. Overall, terrible dining experience at such a high cost!

The service continues to decline. Menu items are slowly being value engineered - e.g. store bought pickles versus what they used to serve which was homemade. One third of the wines they have on the list are out of stock. And, they stopped their half priced wine on Friday's. Too many better options, particularly in terms of service.

What a fun dinner. Sat on the patio. Two for one night - anything off the menu - food or deinks. What a great value. The food overall is rather average but the lobster flatbread is great! Our server was stellar. We had a party of 10, and she was all over it the entire time. I have one in my hometown but had never eaten there. Will make the stop now.

Server seems new or not adequately trained very scatterbrained did not follow up. Did not continue to offer alcoholic drinks when we were clearly ordering more. Took forever to get the drinks. We all three had old fashions, and all three of them were made different every single time we ordered them all three times.

Wow, loved the buffet! Great selection and well priced. We'll definitely be going again! My only comment is that some of the selections are too close to entrance and there's a lot of traffic near the dessert table which made me decline to indulge.

I was disappointed in the food and portion size! My husband ordered Full Rack/Ribs to split with my son and it was more like portion for ONE Person. My food was just ok... the salad 🥗 not great and just ok... I have had good food there before in the past. Not sure what happened.
