The employees are clueless. Literally had to stand in the front of the store and yell, literally yell for over 5 mins (after already standing there waiting for 5 mins w/out anyone having a clue), just to get someone to come take my money and hand me my pizza... and then finally someone came up.... as oblivious as could be.

Had a coupon for single topping $6.99 and yet upon payment was charged an extra $2 per pizza for cheese as my topping - so my $14 plus tax ended up at $29 before tax!!!! Such b.......- can you say bait & switch!!! #checkurbill #pizzahutovercharge. Don't fall for it.

Order wasn't ready until 25 minutes after the indicated pick up time. Slices barely had any cheese or meat on them and crust was rubbery. This is the second time it has been like this. It will be a long time before I think of going back.

Great service, employees are helpful and they give an accurate estimate of when your order is ready for pickup. Very rare to have long waits I have been a customer of this location for a few years. Never had a bad experience and always suggest this recommend this as the go to place for delivery or carryout pizza and wings both of which are always good.

Took over an hour for an order that was suppose to take 20 minutes and this was for pickup, not delivery. Terrible customer service. There were easily 7 other customers waiting, with half of them having completed orders as indicated on the board and no one to attend to customers. Food is mediocre. They don't even heat there bread stick dipping sauce and it is seriously watered down. This location needs some serious help. I have also had trouble more then once with orders being inaccurate.

Terrible customer service. Terrible. Orders have been over 2 hours late and they still demand payment or walk away with the pizza. I am not sure how they are in business still. I have had multiple issues with this location. I stopped using them years ago but gave it another try. Same story now. The food isn't even worth my time writing this, and the customer service is even worse. It is hard to even call it service. It is the most poorly run business I have ever witnessed.

The meatballs on my pizza taste and smell weird and not in a good way. Gave them to the dog and the cat outside. We'll see if any of us are in the bathroom tomorrow. Everything else seemed fine and in order. I've never ordered from here before so I gave a star in case this was just a one time miss. Bleah!

Just like most comments, I have to agree that the service at this location was awful!! Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, Pizza Hut customer service said that no location delivers to our house anymore all of a sudden when we have had pizza delivered time and time again!! When mentioning to the boys who worked there that no on answers their phone they proceeded to tell me that their ringers don't work... Ok, so tell management and get them fixed! Someone finally said they would deliver the pizza but it would be an hour and half wait on a Sunday night at 9pm... So we said forget it, we will pick it up... When asked why it would be so long once we arrived, the gentleman said he didn't know.. They were not busy at all!!!!! We were the only order up on the screen. Upon arriving at the location, one kid was in car with his girlfriend, the other was outside smoking and another came running from the nearby price chopper.. I was surprised the pizza was even ready. This place is being ran by a bunch of college kids who do not take their job seriously! Such a joke and so unfortunate!! Get it together!!! Do your job and do it right. It's mindless work.
