Terrible

Person at the cash register did not know how to apply my discount coupon. I had ordered at the kiosk but there was no instruction about what to do with my coupon after I had already paid full price. Staff was unwilling or unable to use the cash register to apply my discount. Customer service folks should never just shrug their shoulders at customer requests. Training issue?

Delicious, hot food, fast service.

Always had great food. This time the biscuit was too hard to eat.

I had a pretty big order, 2 orders of chicken strips one was cold. 3 chicken sandwiches 2 were not eaten due to a (weird) yellow substance under the breading. lemonade had a funky flavor. Wings were good

This place need to hire somebody can get things right. Stopped by today, firstly they messed up my order, I was able to catch it. Then when I got home I realized that I was short one wing. Not going back again for sure.

Always good but they need to give u hot sauce if u buy a box full of chicken and other stuff i spent almost $40. That white dude wont give me any sauce. Com'on man!

Maybe I’m lucky but I’ve always only had good experiences here. I came on Sunday, September 21, 2025 and there was a young man working the window at around 9 pm. I don’t remember his name but he was very sweet. Thank you!

Good for chicken lovers

Past two times in a month and a half that we have purchased food through the drive through at this particular popeyes we have received old hard fries and last nights chicken was even old tasting and I noticed the pickles were different from the normal pickles. Disappointed in the quality of the food and probably will not purchase food.from this location again. Popeyes off 69 highway on 151st. Fast food is too expensive now days so when you do splurge you expect to receive quality fresh food. This location has finally lost our business, unfortunately.
