Kind of reminds me of pickleman's. It wasn't busy when I got my food luckily. Very clean place. Even the restrooms smelt like heaven.
I like my sandwich. I got the Italian with hot peppers and hot peppers ain't that bad I think it actually gave it more flavor. Broccoli cheese soup was good.
I think everything was okay. Staff was good.

This was our first time eating here. It was yum. I like the flakey bread.

Stopped in for the first time I was pretty much ignored by the kids working Wasn’t very welcoming at all finally got one of the girls to make a sandwich. It was pretty decent, but I didn’t tip because I just didn’t really feel very welcome. They almost acted like it was an inconvenience to make a sandwich. So this what it is….. guess I’ll go to Goodcents for now on when I’m in this area.
We grabbed takeout for lunch since we had been wanting to try it for a while. I was very disappointed. Two half sandwiches and two smalls sides. The food tasted ok, but the prices are completely insane. The thing that bothered me the most is these sandwiches. A half sandwich was smaller than my hand, like 5" at best. I literally thought I got a child's portion by mistake. I had a meatball sub and there were hardly any toppings on it. Just a bunch of overly toasted bread.
Needless to say, my curiosity about Pot Belly is now fixed and I unfortunately will not spend money here again.

I ordered the 1/2 sandwich & soup. I selected "A Wreck" and the Pot Pie soup. The soup was good. The sandwich was a joke. The bread was so overly toasted, you could chip a tooth and had a thin half of a slice of each meat that was supposed to go on it.I will not order from here again.

Overheard the manager talking about a female employee and how she just wants her gone because this employee is her sons ex. How unprofessional.

Cold soup and poor customer service.

TL;DR - Potbelly is a mid-tier, overpriced sandwich shop that tries to be a few steps fancier than Jimmy John'sI got a big Italian sandwich with all the free toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, hot peppers) except pickle on multigrain. Cost was around 13.50 including tax. Here's my takeaways:Did I like it? Yes. It was a decent sandwich but not life-changing. Ingredients tasted good all together, and the hot peppers added a great level of heat. The bread got over-toasted going through the oven, which made a mess and felt like a cheese grater on the roof of my mouth (we all know that feeling, right?). (1/2 stars)Did my wallet like it? Absolutely not. It's not a 12 dollar sandwich in my opinion. I might be biased from the almost constant Subway "5 dollar foot long” commercials I saw growing up, but nothing about this sandwich makes the cost worth it. Additionally, nothing about the restaurant experience made up for the cost either. (0/1 star)Would I choose to eat here again? Probably not. There's plenty of other sandwich shops around that will do an element of Potbelly better than them, or if I have the time I'll make a mid sandwich myself. (0/1 star)Is there anything that redeems or elevates this place? The hot peppers, wow. I'm about to the "hot" level at a Thai restaurant - these hot peppers had good flavor with heat, but not to the watery eyes & runny nose level. Really surprised at how good they were. Would advise caution to those who don't handle heat well (1/1 star)

Good food, not so great customer service. I didn't see any name tags but the only gentleman working and the only black woman working were very pleasant but their other coworkers acted like they were annoyed at my presence and did not want to help me.

Please read the 1 star reviews, they're accurate. Tried this place for the first time on a Friday night, with an online order. I arrived five minutes later than the pickup time, but the food was not ready. There were a total of 3 customers in line and one other person waiting on an online order. After waiting in line to see if they could work on my small order, I was told to wait and it would be done shortly. As of this review, I'm still waiting 25 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
