Meal was great! But Gabriella who took our order was extremely rude. Our first time here trying to figure out how to order and they way she explains things were just in a rude tone. Dawn and a taller gentleman who didn’t have a name tag were both extremely nice and professional. We will be back because of those 2 but if it was just Gabriella working we will be going somewhere else.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The two staff members were not friendly, did not greet us, and did not provide any information about the menu. This wasn't a good experience, as this was our first time at this restaurant.

I am beyond disappointed with our visit to Potbelly Sandwich Shop on Friday night. What looked decent from the outside quickly turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
When we walked in, nearly every table was dirty. There was no employee at the counter, no one greeting customers, and no one cleaning. The front area felt completely unattended. We had to search just to find a table that wasn’t covered in crumbs and mess.
The drink station was absolutely filthy — sticky, caked with old spills, and clearly not maintained. It was honestly disgusting.
When we ordered, the food looked like it was slapped together with zero care or quality control. But the most alarming part was being able to see behind the counter into the prep area. The kitchen looked completely chaotic and dirty. If that’s what customers can see, I can’t imagine what’s happening out of sight.
This experience showed a serious lack of cleanliness, management, and basic standards. I would not recommend this location, and I truly hope ownership addresses these major issues immediately.

The two ladies working when I went in, seem like they hate their job. The food was good though.

If a customer has a order over 20.00 dollars their should be policy and procedure in place to be able to take a 50.00 dollar bill and not tell the customer you all are receiving fake bills in the area insinuating and profiling customers that we would give out fake money. Then proceed to take 40.00 dollars 10 dollars less and acting like you all do not have a way to check bills. I will absolutely not be dining at this location and I will be contacting corporate as well. Thank your associate Kaleb.

The girls there couldn't care less about the customer or what they want.
They rinse but don't clean. Left the ice cream lid open and was scooping out sugar milk.
She started putting something I didn't ask for on my sandwich and when I told her no. No. she looked like I was crazy. It's just a sandwich.
Took over 5 minutes for them to mosy over to ring us out as well.

Dear management, does your staff pad the tickets, or do you charge different rates depending on the time of day/day of week?
Most recently I’ve gotten wreck combo with small drink/chips. Recently it was $15, today it was $19? What gives?!?
Staff seem miserable and way bothered when I asked in person what the deal with pricing was….
EDIT - since management won’t answer the question, 1 star
Potbelly is always solid, and ordering through the app makes it even better. Join their Perks program—after your first order, you get a free sandwich. The app also unlocks the Underground Menu (app-only), which is a fun way to try custom combos without paying extra for special requests.
This time:
Prime Rib Steak (Regular Menu) – White bread, caramelized onions, Swiss, garlic aioli, and their amazing hot peppers. Flavor was great and melty; only wish there was more steak.
Fireball (Underground) – Italian meatballs, chili, cheddar, and hot peppers. Messy but so good, easily one of my favorites.
Combo tip: Skinny Trio (turkey, chicken, or ham + cheese) comes with chips and a drink. But pair a Skinny with soup or salad, and you can choose any Skinny sandwich. Soups are surprisingly good—baked potato and chicken pot pie are musts.
Bread options are just white and multigrain, but toasted to a soft crunch that works perfectly. Zapp’s chips, shakes, cookies, and their $7 jar of hot peppers (best giardiniera mix you’ll find) round out the menu.
Friendly staff, clean store, and a small patio. Pro move: Add hot peppers to everything—they’re free and take every bite up a notch.

Tried the prime rib steak sandwich. It was very gristly. I do not recommend. I had to stop chewing and take the gristle out of my mouth several times. Wanted to go back to store to return, but didn't have the time.

I came in with a group of people, this was all of our first time here. We were clearly reading the menu when the girls at the register were impatiently rushing us. We apologized for it being our first time and they seemed to not care. We had to repeat our order multiple times, and still got the wrong sandwich. One lady also asked what we wanted on a sandwich, we were trying to read the toppings, and she just made it plain without us getting to say anything. On top of that, not ONE table was cleaned off to sit at, we had to wipe crumbs off the table, to sit down. I genuinely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service was fantastic. The bacon is disgusting. It's covered in peppercorns. Ranch tastes tangy/sour like Kraft.

Ordered on Uber eats. I ordered the Cubano. Where was no where near enough mustard. 2 bites the meat tasted like it was going bad (a Cuban has pulled pork and ham). The bread didn't taste or feel fresh, reminded me of bread that had been microwaved, rubbery, with a bit of a stale taste.
