Girl didn't know how to see what lottery game the ticket was and she had difficulty scanning winners and as the line got longer she told everone it was my fault because I had 2 tickets that wouldn't scan instead of using good customer service w/o insulting current customer...I wasn't in a hurry as she knew because I let 4 customers go ahead of me, so to be blamed for machine issues &/or her lack of knowledge was insulting.

I'm in and out of this store nearly daily. Excellent service, clean and orderly.
I remember a lot of folks thought it was kind of odd how they built a QT right next door to the Hy-Vee gas station. On the other hand, I can usually come here right after I get off work. I can usually call everyone in here by name and they’re usually pretty nice in here. This QT location is also a lot nicer than the one on 135th in Olathe.
