I’ve been a longtime customer and have always been happy — Robeks is a weekly staple for me. Today, however, Cole truly exceeded every customer service expectation. He took care of something that honestly wasn’t a big deal, yet he still went above and beyond to make it more than right. I genuinely appreciate this business not only for the quality products they put out, but especially for the way they take care of their customers. It does not go unnoticed.
