Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews

Ordered take out last night. We didn't get the drink for my daughter's kids meal and we requested no cheese on both my burger and my wife's burger and there was cheese on both. It's clearly stated on the receipt. The lady and the kid working the front counter both seemed new, nervous and incompetent.

The waitress was very nice and helpful and she even remembered us.We haven't been there in a while so I was impressed that she remembered us.She forgot to take care of my rewards points for the visit today, Thursday October 30th 1pmto 2 pm , time frame. I don't see my rewards on the app for today's visit.I also did a survey that I got from them via email and I am supposed to get rewards points for filling it out too.Thank You.

Our server Alexis was wonderful, and made it a great visit. Give Alexis 5 stars.
It was rainy and cool, so it was much less busy than usual, which meant it was calmer and quieter, which we greatly appreciated. I had the shrimp basket, and my husband had the fish nuggets basket.
We both enjoyed our food, and the calmer atmosphere.

My hamburger was too pink, I asked for medium well.
Next time I shall ask for well done.

Horrible experience. The waiter was extremely rude. Took over 10 minutes to get a glass of water. He never brought the wings we ordered and blamed us for him putting the order in wrong. Asked for a well done burger that came out medium at best and bun was soaked in blood. So gross and disappointing. Would give negative stars if this would let me.

Amazing first time. We got the twin cam burger and jalapeño brisket and it was quiet the meal. Be ready for a good size meal!

First time here. Things were ok. I got the Mushroom Swiss it was ok but dry. Everyone else in my party said it was ok but not outstanding. Give it a try you may like it.

This is my third or fourth time. I love trying all the different items and such a cool back story of how the whole place started.

We usually really like coming You were out of steak bites tonight, which is what I ordered. Second choice was chicken parmesan with no bun & cheese curds. The chicken was very tough & dry. Kinda disappointed. We're 2 hours out of town so we don't get to come very often. This is the first time I've ever not been 100% satisfied. I usually really enjoy coming & the food I've had.

I live in the neighborhood and have been too tired to bother with feeding myself lately, so I've been coming here a lot. The most surprising thing about this place so far is that they have a really good steamed veggies side dish. Never would have thought.
