Today we stopped here to grab a quick medium fry for my child before heading home. The carhop came to my car, I greeted her and she ignored me / practically threw the bag into my car at me. I opened the bag and of course the fries were all out of the bag, after gathering them back into the container to hand them to him I was disappointed to realize there weren’t even 16 fries in there?? I ordered a medium ($3.26) which normally they’re over stuffed. I wanted to push the button to complain but was afraid they would spit in my child’s food so I just drove home. I will NEVER try this location again.

This location was closed the last 4 times I tried to go. It was during their business hours (lunch and dinner time). No closed sign or anything, just some construction cones on both entrances to prevent cars from entering.When I managed to go there when they were open, the wait time was a good 30 minutes even though there were barely any other cars waiting.Don’t waste your time, go to the next closest location.

I should have read the reviews for this location before visiting today. The service reviews are accurate. After 10 minutes of waiting, no one ever even took our order. The machine/flashing button actually timed out (or the staff cancelled it while we were sitting there?). I didn't know that was even a thing. We left h-angry.
Ordered through the app, once i got there i checked in and waited 30 minutes and ended up leaving… all i got was a soft drink and smalll side. Disappointing to wait so long and having cars that got there after me be served. And yes…i definitely checked in at the stall…

I have been waiting for over 30 minutes, for TWO CHERRY LIMEADES. This is the slowest service, I think I could be served faster by a sloth.

Took my children after a game to grab supper on the way home. Sat in a stall, pushed the button and waited. And waited. 10 minutes later, I moved to another stall and began the process over. I eventually set up a Sonic online account, ordered through the app, and waited (still no response from red button).Most, but not all, of our food came out about 20 minutes later. I again hit the red button to tell them we were short some food and waited. And waited. Another 10 minutes or so later, the person came on, and when told about our order being short, she said "Oh yeah, we're out of that. Did you want something else?" to which I responded affirmatively and told her I wanted cinnamon bites. She said she could not hear me, and after repeating it loudly a few times, she remained silent. I (quietly) asked my son if he wanted a specific item instead, and wouldn't you know it, she heard that one just fine, said she'd get it out to us, and "hung up." It came out quickly and was not super hot nor fresh, so I suspect that it was something sitting there that happened to be a convenient answer to our missing food.The entire process took about 45 minutes.

This is the worlds slowest sonic. If you are needing to be somewhere I suggest you drive across town as you will get your food faster. I was just popping by to get a small order of mozzarella sticks but to my surprise I was stuck waiting for 30 minutes for them to arrive. Not to mention they arrived cold and were more rubbery textured than usual. I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled to.

Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks. Had to move to 3 stalls to get an order taken. Had to ask car hop to get our order. Do better! Pandemic is over it's time to get back to work! Short staffed means work harder!
