I eventually gave up going to this location because I had terrible service every time. It didn't matter if it was a slow Tuesday night or a busy Friday night. Same result each time. Takes forever to get your order and the excuse is usually how they're short staffed. I've even had a couple of times where, after waiting a good 10-15 minutes, I had to push the button again and they started to ask for my order totally forgetting that I had already placed it.
