I had to wait 30-40 minutes for 1 meal and some extra fries, someone said my order got lost in the system. I was never offered any sort of discount or anything. Got my burger that I had asked plain wrong. No marinara sauce for my 2 large orders of mozzarella sticks. Pretty terrible it was even busy

I went to Sonic for the first time at 8501 W 151st Stanley Kansas. I ordered a chicken sandwich and what I received was a super burnt and dry chicken breast, in fact it looked like old chicken. I told the cashier and she didn't listen to me and just sent me a new sandwich. I didn't want one anymore. They were very rude and contemptuous. I will never go back.

I always go between 2 PM and 5 PM because they have great half off deals for drinks.

Stopped off at this Sonic location for something to eat. When the carhop responded over the intercom to my request to order, she shared they were only taking online orders; this was at 4 pm on a Monday.

I should have left. I was only there for a fountain drink. I pulled into a stall and waited several minutes to place my order. When they finally repeated the correct drink they said to pull forward. The payment also never appeared. The server had to come out 4 times 2 for the incorrect drink and 2 for my payment.
