I should have left. I was only there for a fountain drink. I pulled into a stall and waited several minutes to place my order. When they finally repeated the correct drink they said to pull forward. The payment also never appeared. The server had to come out 4 times 2 for the incorrect drink and 2 for my payment.

We ordered popcorn chicken at 9:30pm and received product that was clearly leftover from the lunch hour. It is basically breading crumbs and a few pieces with actual chicken inside that is more like jerky. For the price, I expect FRESH product that has actual chicken and not just breading crumbs. Very disappointing! I won’t be back to this location.

the food runner (girl with the bad fake tan, i think her name started with an h) was pretty rude. i didn't even do anything? my payment just didn't go through at first? slush was ? tho i hope whoever made that goes on to live a long and prosperous life

Still could not pay at the drive-in slot with a credit card AND leave a tip for carhop. The parking slot I picked happened to have non-functioning electronics. No menu screen, no card reader. It would help if that slot had been marked closed.
Update 04/29/2024: Things are not much better. Parked in slot#22, menu worked, the card reader couldn't read my card. THERE IS NO VISUAL GUIDANCE FOR HOW TO POSITION CARD STRIPE WHEN INSERTING THE CARD IN THE SLOT. The carhop had to take my credit card inside but once again he had no way to add a tip, and I carry very little small cash, if any at all.
I like Sonic food, but see no reason to continue until they clean up their act at this store.
