I ordered a venti drink. The girl ringing up rang up the wrong size and when I said I ordered a venti (which is all I ever order so I know that is what I ordered.) it was received with major attitude. She through my grande into a venti cup and added more ice. The attitude from both women working behind the counter was enough to never return to this location. Not only is it more expensive than other locations but the people working are never pleasant. I know this location closed for awhile and then reopened and whoever is running it now is terrible. I highly recommend getting coffee elsewhere.

The problem I have with this place is that there is a default 20% mandatory gratuity. There are options to choose from, but you can't choose those options as it will not work. I stood there pressing other options, but it does not work, making me hold up the line looking like a fool. With all of this working against me, I just paid for it, but wasn't happy about the default 20% gratuity. This

Yesterday I went to the establishment with a friend and when ordering 1 coffee and 1 hot chocolate we noticed that the Indian attendant was laughing at my way of speaking English.At the end of the service, he and his co-worker continued to laugh sarcasticly.So is the service different for natives and immigrants?Does the dollar paid have nationality?I will never return to the place again.

Today at 6:30pm as always I love stoping here for my latte and water. The Turkish guys at this location are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Today I had $20 dollars in my hand to pay for my bottle of water and asked the Indian girl at the register for a small cup of ice for my water and she said “I have to pay$0.55 for it”????? And she knows I am a regular customer here. I told her I have never been charged for an additional a small cup of ice before here or any other Starbucks location and she said NO here we always charge for a cup of ice $0.55. She is definitely lying, unprofessional and rude. I definitely need an explanation from the manager of this location.

This place has always been a great place for a great coffee and also other items. Also the baristas are pretty friendly. Have been visiting the same store since few months and always been a very good experience.
