“We had amazing dinner and our server Jose was great to work with. Our food was cooked perfectly and presentation was lovely. We had grill salmon with pilaf rice. Even do some of the products were finished the server accommodated us and took care of us. His recommendation for Dragon fruit margarita was great.“

“Firebirds is our go to, as it rarely disappoints. They allow us to bring in wine and the food is always solid. A little disappointing was our waiter who started out nice but then rarely came by and then got a little edgy and cold when we ask someone else to grab him and asked for our bill. Young guy names Donovan. Maybe just having a bad night.“

“We went for a birthday dinner. After having a very rough week, our server made our birthday boy's night! It was great service!! Everyone's food was so delicious!!! Their porterhouse steak melted in your mouth.

“Don't ever got here for an holiday!!! They will quote you 2 hours and you'll have to wait 3.5 hours. The hostesses were rude and the management was even ruder. I mentioned needing to get something for my daughter (even if just a roll) since she's diabetic and had to wait extra long. I was told we would just have to wait. We left!“

“Typically within my travels a steak house like this is unimpressive when you evaluate the value of the meal. This establishment does not fall into that stereotype. The menu does offer some unique selections to break up the monotony of typical steak cuts. Do not sleep on the arrachera or be dissuaded by the cut. The flavor and tenderness was great and definitely unique when compared to typical steak house options. The whiskey selection is phenomenal and the quality of service is fantastic. One of the best restaurants I have visited in the Kansas City area.“

“Went on a trip near here with the wife. We ate here and it was one of the best ribeye steaks we've ever had. We are also a steak snob so that is quite a compliment. Would definitely recommend if your intown or close to there to go eat a ribeye“
