Weird experience with this restaurant I don’t know what’s wrong with the owner, if you found any coupons online you should not apply then only you will get good sub other wise they will make in a way that you can’t hold and eat it.

The store staff at this location are very rude. My son and I placed online orders and when my son arrived for the pick up, the female employee ordered him to go sit down until the order was ready. Then to top off the lousy in person experience, one order was not made properly.
When you provide poor quality, service and customer experience you receive crappy reviews!

I'm updating my 3 star review after a visit today. This location is not a 'participating location' for any Subway promotions. The crew behind the counter never seems to know what they're doing. And then there's the food. If you want toppings, it's like you have to rip them from their hands. The ingredients aren't even that fresh in appearance or taste. Subway as a whole has gone down hill over the years. This particular location is worse than others. I won't be back.

They accidently gave me the wrong order, but proactively called me and corrected the issue without me having to return to the store. I go here often to bring lunch to my partner at the nearby ER and it's always super clean and order is ready on time!

I just went here because my son wanted a sandwich from Subway. Bad idea! The person working there didn't seem to care about the client.. oh, and I almost forgot about my churro experience... Here is a picture. Let's just say they were " disgusting"

Luckily, had lettuce at home...
Not sure why I took my time to order on the app; and why Subway couldn't just build per the order. Receipt was listed accurately to what was ordered.
I will say second sub #11 was adequate and accurate!

Go anywhere else!!!! Jersey Mikes (close by on 159th) is less$ and gives twice as much meat. I saw what they were putting on my Philly cheesesteak and had to ask for more meat…twice. After paying for double meat, it was still less meat than almost anywhere else. The final bill for 2 sandwiches was over $38. It’s not $5 foot long anymore. Get that out of your head. I will not be back. You got me subway….but you won’t again.

I was wondering why the glass is covered when you are ordering at this store when no other subway in the area is doing that. Also this store specifically barely puts anything in the sandwich compared to every other subway. It just seems fishy, why are the customers not allowed to see the meats and cheese when that’s the entire point of subway. Disappointing but I will not be going back anytime soon to this location.
