my daughter and went to Taco Via tonight to eat drove from Leavenworth down there. it's 70 miles round trip for us. and got there at 836 and the doors were locked I couldn't even go in and order some food to go. this is so tragic I will never darken the doors of Taco via again. sad part is I usually get four cups of water because I like their cups to drink out of at home. so I pay a fortune for the water. and usually the bill ends up being 46 to $50. and I also leave the person...read full review
How hard is it to say thank you to a customer or maybe crack a smile? The customer service here is severely lacking - especially the older lady with dark hair, and the older guy with braids who yells your number like he’s completely inconvenienced by your presence. I don’t live close to this location but when I’m in the area I like to grab lunch but I think this will be my last visit. Rude! Rude! Rude!
So disappointed! I have been eating Taco Via my whole life. Every time we come back to town, it’s always one of my first stops. Today was not a good experience! The meat in the tacos has changed, my combo burrito had no onion sauce (what always set them apart from the nasty Olathe ones), and the cheese sauce that comes with chips has no taste! I don’t know what’s changed, but it better change back or they won’t be around much longer!
