It took forever to get seated and the steak was not as good as the location in Liberty Missouri. It was super loud in there and we could hardly hear each other in conversation.

My daughter had graduated medical school and we all went here afterwards with my parents and had a great time. The waiter was the coolest guy ever and very helpful by making sure we got everything we wanted and that it was they way we asked for. I did not get his name but he had like red hair and was a bigger guy. He is awesome. They only complaint is that the A1 sauce is fictitious. I'm pretty sure it's not the real A1 sauce and those bottles. Lol for real.

The food wasn't what I expected. The steak was overcooked, and the person who brought it didn't ask me to cut it in the middle like they usually do. I also didn't get the creamy horseradish or extra butter that I asked for when I ordered, so I had to wait for those.The margarita didn't look like the one in the menu. It was supposed to be the Jamaican Cowboy Margarita.Didn't get extra rolls!!The service could have been better...
Everything was fabulous!! Our server though… she was AMAZING!! Bailey, thank you for your wonderful personality, smile, and having EVERYTHING brought out perfectly! We had 11 in our group, and you did PERFECT!! This was the best service I’ve ever had at any Texas Roadhouse!! Bravo Bailey, THANK YOU!!!
A coworker raves about this restaurant, so I decided to go in for lunch. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with NO bacon and NO cheese. The salad came with cheese on it- no bigge, it was delish! I ordered the brownie for dessert. It was HARD as a rock! I tried using my fork and had IMPRINTS on my hand from the pressure used to try to take a piece of it with the fork! I called my waiter over and he said he was in training and referred his trainer who was assisting him. She came over and I told AND showed her that I could NOT pierce the brownie with the fork. She said that the ice cream FREEZES the hot brownie and I’m supposed to use the knife to cut it! APPALLED, I pushed it to the side, paid and left. From now on, I’ll continue to get my brownie from Jack Stacks BBQ. It is hot, with ice cream on top and NOT hard as a BRICK! I located my server and handed him a tip and told him if ice cream makes a hot brownie that hard, it should be served separately! What’s so sad about his training is that he then repeated the same info that his trainer stated which was BAD information. It was cooked or heated too long, causing it to be too hard because it was dry as heck inside and the outside was a brick. Other than the disappointing dessert, I would’ve rated it an overall 5 star.
The steak is cooked to perfection with the right amount of spices and condiments on it. We love the fresh baked bread with butter. Prices are reasonable. The salmon dish is well done but a bit salty.

Ordered a filet, was very grisly and chewy. Ask them to just give me a steak in a box to take home, either raw or rare. 15 minutes later I was brought a medium sirloin and a side of corn on a plate. Okay? Service was a little slow, and that restaurant is the loudest restaurant I've ever been in. The rest of the food was good though.
