This noodle dish made with rice noodle, garlic, shallot, your choice of protein, soy bean sauce, red pepper, black soy sauce, water, green onion and bean sprouts. A dish of "Mee Korat" is thought to have been introduced to Nakhon Ratchasima Province (Korat), Eastern Thailand, in ancient times. It looks like Pad Thai but it doesn't have that sweet & sour flavor like Pad Thai.

Panang Curry - Spicy!

Green curry may be the most distinct Thai curry as it is the most different from other countries' curries. The green curry past that we use is a blend of aromatic Thai herbs and spices such as lemongrass, kaffir lime peel, galangal, cilantro and basil which gives it a green color.

This is why I love Restaurant week!! It gets you out of your typical neighborhood to go try new places and when they have curated a selective menu it makes it easier to pick and choose to try new food items!

Food was great. It did take forever for the food to come out. I ordered the red curry. Host asked what kind of meat. I asked if they have seafood. She advised they did, shrimp and scallops. I went with that. Bill came. Come to find out, that it was an additional $11 charge for that. So, yeah, ate a $30 red curry...which is definitely more pricier than other Thai locations nearby. Other than that, no other complaints.

Had an excellent dinner here. Great service and very tasty food. The spring rolls were delicious. Had great pad thai and drunken noodles. Looking forward to coming back sometime in the future.
