Well obviously the atmosphere and service is terrible it’s at the mall, but my major complaint is about the food. I asked for my poke bowl with rice - and not only was it NOT sushi rice it was WARM. Why is that disgusting? Because all of the toppings are cold. So what happens when you put a bunch of intentionally chilled toppings on top of warm rice? You get: warm raw fish. Warm cucumber.
